Anticipation for H2L was no different. Of course it arrived in the post while I was away on a business trip. So, I had to wait until the return home to try this new product that I was excited to review.I work in hospice so it’s really important that the products used to not have an overt or demonstrative aroma to them that could interfere with the respiratory frailness of dying patients. So, my first test was “does it smell too strong?” It does not have a lingering demonstrative odor. H2L smells fresh and clean while using, and leaves a hint of that same freshness and cleanness on the skin and when dried on the skin as well. It smells pleasant.Another solid marker for any body wash or soap is it ability to clean and lather at the same time. H2L lathers nicely and cleans wonderfully with a washcloth, an Ayate Exfoliating Washcloth, or with just your hands alone. WOW! I’m impressed.H2L is smooth and nourishing even after rinsed and dried. You can feel the natural oils and the hydration on your skin. You will notice it even after one use. And, well into your day.Active ingredients is another key feature of any good skin and body care product. A blend of baobob, avocado, sweet almond, and chia seed oil’s, H2L passes this test with flying colors. My friend's father is 92 and is ill and I sent him a variety and he has his nurse use them on him daily. When they were out he inquired as to where to find it.
