Regarding of our Cream of Tartar,  Quality and Technic Department calculate the carbohydrates of our products, 79.3 g carbohydrates per 100g.
We apologyise, but we do not know the Cream of Tartar from the rest of the sellers.

A: That's correct. It is a product 100% made from fermented grapes.

**Q: As it’s a large jar i was wondering how far away the best before date was? thanks**
A: Hi Laura,

It has a shelf date of 3 years, but as it is as well a natural preservative, if kept in a cool and dry place, you can use it beyond its shelf date, mainly because it does not lose properties.

We maintain at the factory 1 lot of cream of tartar from 1998 and we keep analyzing it every year and as it is kept in a cool and dry place, it could also be consumed without problems. Of course, we do not sell this lot from 1998 and it is kept in order to analyze it every year and understand how it keeps its properties.

This looked a good buy as very hard to find tubs of cream of tartar. These are tiny tubs! The access opening is too small to get any spoon inside. I had to force the whole top off with a sharp knife & twisted it to open. Spilt some as it jerked. It’s very fresh & has a good. shelf life,& works well.
