This listing says 2x ea noodles, spaghetti & fettuccine. that's 12 items. the headline says 24 items. how many of what are in this item?

You will get a big package of 4 boxes. Each box will have 2 noodles, 2 spaghetti and 2 fettuccine (i.e. 6 in a box). So I’m assuming they’re advertising 24 because it’s 4 boxes with 6 in a box. (At least, that’s what we got)

does this have roce. as a diabetic i cannot eat rice
