CalmingBreath Yoga Bolster - Round, Cotton - Buckwheat Filled

I use my bolster all the time since buying it last year!The one drawback that I feel it has is that the fabric that covers the bolster attracts fluff and hair, so if you are not meticulous in your vacuuming of the area then the bolster will swiftly collect floor stuffs. Considering that of course we all expect a bolster to spend a lot of time on the floor this is maybe a little of an oversight in the making process. Despite my dust gathering niggle I LOVE this bolster and highly recommend you get it, too. When I work with clients (Yoga or Thai massage) I generally throw a pillow cover on my bolster for hygiene anyway, so then the dust attracting quality of the fabric actually doesn't matter.

These are very well made products, having a zipped outer and a zipped inner lining. The bolster is packed really tight with the filling, perhaps too firm for most needs in yoga. However, removing the outer cover and unzipping, partially, the inner lining to remove some of the filling is achieved quickly and easily. We found that emptying around 25 % of the filling gives a perfect amount of give in the booster. The benefit of this filling is that it retains its firmness (unlike softer fillings) and once you’ve found the right degree of firmness this product should give years of service.

Great product, quite heavy but very supportive. I'm glad I went for this one as it is well made in great colours. Went for the olive green version as my mat is already twilight coloured so I wanted it to stand out a bit. If you are looking for a high quality bolster I can definitely recommend this one. Item arrived fast, kudos to Calming breath for a great product and service!

Although this is a write up about 'Calming Breath' I'm sure its fit for purpose; although I hadn't bought it with that thought in mind. I use mine as pillows because I couldn't find any bolster shaped pillows anywhere else. Saying that though it does come with a set of instructions for use and I think even classes available for yoga practice if I'm not mistaken. So yes, if thats what you're looking for I think it may deliver.I bought two of these bolsters at the expensive price of £38 each! yes I thought the price was steep then but I've come back this year 2020 to buy matching colours for the lilac and deep purple I have and nearly fell over when I copped a look at the price! I'd bought mine in the summer of 2018 I think, so the price hyke is a little ridiculous don't you think?!

I love this bolster. It combines a fantastic size and shape with just the right level of support and give. I have owned it for a few weeks now so have been able to use it while both meditating and while doing yoga. Added bonus is the ethical production methods. Completely satisfied (and a little smitten)

I love my new bolster. It is strong and very good quality. The company are so lovely. They send a very nice message with it and it seems important to them that I am happy with the product. Having practised yoga for four months, I decided that the time had come for me to buy my own equipment. I chose this bolster because of its price,the natural filling, Calming Breaths excellent feedback.....and the colour ( twilight ). The bolster arrived very promptly, and I am thrilled with it.Beautiful colour,lovely natural smell,very sturdy,a pleasure to use. Seller's after sales service was as good as had been indicated by other reviewers; checking that the bolster had been delivered promptly,inviting comments and offering to rectify any problems. Very highly recommended.

I love my new bolster! If I am feeling a bit tense I stretch my back out onto it and it feels great. It's not really heavy, a decent size though and well worth the money!I enjoy just chilling on the sofa or in bed whilst reading/watching a movie with the bolster under my feet or knees. It's very relaxing.People keep borrowing it to relax for a few minutes. I have to pry it off them!!

Sehr zufrieden! Für mich ideal als Neueinsteiger zum Yoga und Meditation. Ist Formstabil und sehr bequem. Unterstützt das gerade Sitzen oder unter den Knien das bequeme Ruhen. Riecht nicht und ist top verarbeitet. Oben ist eine "Trageschlaufe" angebracht damit man es leicht hat zu transportieren. Farbe lila ist auch sehr schön

Tolle Qualität, super Verarbeitung. Besonders gut ist, dass das Innenkissen ebenfalls mit einem Reißverschluss versehen ist, so dass man die Füllung seinen individuellen Bedürfnissen anpassen kann. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Es un poco corto mismo ancho que un mat estándar para mi gusto le faltan 10-15cmEl relleno no es espuma es de esos de "bolitas". No se adapta mal pero lo hace demasiado pesadoHubiera preferido pagar algo más tener un bolster más largo más ligero y con una lona un poco más gruesa

Il cuscino è davvero di ottima fattura. ma è estremamente pesante. Inoltre, penso di non aver letto bene io la descrizione, ma mi aspettavo un cuscinetto piccolo da mettere dietro al collo, invece questo è un cuscino da seduta di meditazione. Comunque a chi dovesse servire per questo scopo, ritengo che sia perfetto.

Muy buena calidad tejido y fabricación. El bolster es suficientemente consistente. Personalmente lo utilizo para mis masajes y las clientas lo han valorado de " agradable y confortable". El pedido llegó con rapidez visto que eran las fiestas de Navidad cuando lo hice, no tardó mas de 5 dias en llegar. Lo recomiendo.
