I own many cowboy hats from various makers all of them are the same size. This is my third Resistol and this Resistal is the lowest in quality, compared to the other two. Another review indicated this hat runs small so I risked it and bought a size larger. Unbelievable this hat which is a size larger, is still very tight! I have steamed it to soften it up and wear it as long as able. I am a little concerned. Time will tell if I am finally able to fully break this one in so I can wear it all day. This is no $ 5,000 Stetson. You get what you pay for. Hopefully, this one will become my work hat.
