I purchased this for my 5 year old who has a tree but allergy. This is probably better for an older child/small framed adult. The bracelet itself isn't bad especially for the price and the engraving was decent but the band was too big so I easily punched another hole and trimmed the end thinking it would still work. The little sliding piece that is supposed to hold the excess band down isn't tight enough so the tail of the bad is constantly flailing around and my son was constantly messing with it. He wore it for two days and then it ended up in his backpack where it's currently residing. I've considered just taping it on him but it's basically a pain. I'll probably have to buy different one which means I just burned $10. I do think it would work just fine for someone a little older but it you get what you pay for I guess ### ⭐⭐ The corners are sharp and jagged- beware if on blood thinners!!! *by O***D on May 1, 2018* This is a wonderful little bracelet, UNLESS you have thin skin or bleeding problems. If that is the case, you NEED TO LOOK ELSEWHERE! The edge of the metal part is sharp and slightly jagged, and if you have thin skin or are on Coumadin, then please don't put yourself at risk by buying this bracelet!!! Also, please don't give it to kids.That being said, if you do not have thin skin and you're not prone to bleeding, this bracelet is perfect. It's a great size and the words are very clear. It fits well and is comfortable. I am only docking the stars because the edges are sharp and the corners are jagged, and if you are putting this on a child, or you are prone to skin tears and bleeding, you really need to look elsewhere. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for small wrists! *by E***E on April 10, 2018* I have very small wrists, and was having trouble finding a bracelet that wasn’t too big. So I decided to search for “adjustable medical bracelet” When I saw some people complaining that it was too small, I knew it would be a good fit. So far the material has held up well and it fits great on the second to tightest hole. My only criticism is that the strap sometimes pulls out of the slider designed keep it in place, but that’s to be expected with a buckle clasp.
