Assembly was incredibly simple but I'd make sure you have two people to put it together. Shipping was a bit weird because they called to setup my appointment a week before it was expected to arrive and then it disappeared from the shipment tracking. It ended up being delivered on the original day expected. I hope the company reaches out to me.UPDATE: when you shop with this company you don’t have to worry, because they are going to diligently contact you until your problem is resolved. I followed their instructions and have seen an improvement in the time it takes my sauna to warm up.
