This was super cute for a four year-old mermaid theme cake topper. I would not recommend it for younger children as the pieces are or could be choking hazard. But my granddaughter who turned four puts nothing in her mouth. She loved the decorations. I think they’re well-made Super cute, fun and festive. With a disclaimer that they could be a choking hazard if a child is too young and is prone to put things in the mouth.

The colors are beautiful. Perfect for my 3 year old daughter mermaid party. Good quality.

turned out super cute!!! minimal effort, incredible result. i used 8" cake pans and made a double-layer cake with a basic box cake and a tub of store-bought icing. after cutting the cake, i washed the icing off most the items and she makes little playdough mermaid decorated cakes with these decorations now.

Used on granddaughters 3 rd birthday cake. It was adorable.
