Poor customer service, shoddy quality control
These watches are cute but the quality control is very low. Ours came with parts missing and the battery was dead. WeWood were incredible difficult about fixing it and we were astonished that after they asked us to return the faulty item, they did not want to refund our postage. In the end they agreed to refund half the postage "as a gesture of good will". There comes a point when its really not worth the aggravation of trying to fight with people, but what kind of company sells defective merchandise and then expects the customer to foot the cost of putting it right?
