working great and installed easily

The ssd was easy to install, i've been using it for a year with absolutely no issues whatsoever, it still works perfectly.

I put it in Gen3 ssd slot as my secondary MB slot is Gen3 but primary gen4, the speeds were max 2300MB/s but I'm pretty sure it's as advertised. I was able to grab it for £80 with their limited time deal and the rest £7 in my budget, i had myself a great dinner with Chicken Burger meal lol

Easy to install - I had been a bit worried but honestly it was so easy. I was scared of breaking something but seriously, a kid could do it. No need to reinstall games, they’re all accessible. The memory on the ps5 is just not big enough, and this amazing little piece of kit saves a load of bother. This one was for my daughters ps5 and we’ll be ordering another for my son now we know how easy it is to do and this one was much more reasonable that other makes that we looked at when researching what we needed. Excellent NvMe ssd. This was purchased as a spare as my motherboard has 4 NvMe slots and the price was acceptable. As with all storage, make sure to create a partition once it is installed. I read many reviews where buyers state it is not recognised. There is no plug and play NvMe storage, you will need to open your partition file and select gpt then select all file so a partition is created.

As of writing this review, this drive is advertised as having 5000MB/s Read Speed and 4500MB/s Write Speed. I have found that this has not been the case during my testing and in fact is a far cry from it. To carry out my testing, I used my brand new Framework 16 laptop that has Ryzen™ 9 7940HS CPU and Kingston KF556S40IBK2-32 RAM. The results of my testing are that the read speed is 1.83 GB/s on average and 3518.56MB/sec at best and the write speed was 477.57 MB/s on average and ~1GB/s at best. I'm very disappointed in this. Faster than hdd (that's a given) but I was using sata ssds and this is quicker than my previous sata ssd. And you can't go wrong with 1tb at this price point. Easy to install. Came with its own mini screwdriver for installation. Was found by my pc instantly and was able to boot windows to it immediately without needing to do anything.

Ist seit einer Woche in Betrieb läuft mit ca. 42C Grad im Betrieb, als C Laufwerk ersetzte sie eine kleine SATA-SSD im PC. Habe die 1TB Nvme M2 in einer Clonstation kopiert. Anschließend Partition vergrößert damit man wieder auf 1TB kommt. Eingebaut im PC dann kam Windows Reparatur, im abgesicherten Modus Neustart durchführen jetzt Starte auch Windows. Seit dem ohne Probleme. 5 Sterne ist spürbar schneller obwohl ich nur PCI 3 Board habe. Jederzeit wieder.
