This cutlery has a very unfussy design, highly polished. Bright, as it says in the name. When you first see them, you wonder why the bases of the handles are so wide. But when you pick them up and eat with them, you find that they are perfectly balanced in the hand. The handles taper down to be quite narrow at the business end. The bases of the handles curve gently inwards. The blades of he knives also curve gently and the design grows on you the more you see it and use it. They look to be very well made and give an impression of restrained and functional style. The absence of fiddly bits should help make them easy to wash well. Anyway, I was impressed enough to buy some additional sets.

Great quality

Put simply, this cutlery set is stunning, weighty and comfortable. Light cutlery is a pet hate of mine, and the weight in these alone is an assurance of the quality. At the same time, they're not at all uncomfortable to hold. I bought a whole load of new tableware and kitchenware and used Robert Welch for most of it. Expensive? Yes, but you get what you pay for. These will last years. I've been using them for around a month now, handwashing and polishing afterwards. They've maintained the finish finish well and there's hardly a scuff or scratch on them. They are safe for dishwasher use but I prefer not to take the chance. Almost everyone who has used them so far has positively commented on them.

My Christmas present to me and I wasn’t disappointed (beyond the dinner knives being too long for my cutlery divider - perhaps a cunningly successful plan to get me to buy a new one). They are a good weight, beautiful to look at and use, and I love them. I’ve already bought more tea spoons, both English and American size 😂

And what a beautiful craftsmanship; and the price was a steal !!!

Das Besteck kam zügig an. Die Box war ziemlich abgenutzt, das Besteckt jedoch Top. Es war ein Geschenk, deswegen war es mir etwas peinlich aber kam trotzdem gut an.

Das Besteck ist sehr groß. Messer und Löffel sind sehr groß. Designtechtisch sieht es aber super aus.
