Peppermint Oil Capsules with Ginger & Fennel (60 Capsules)

Have IBS D, usually it's manageable but sometimes I get really bad flares that last quite a long time. I started having a flare and decided to try peppermint oil because I read it's highly effective at calming colon spasms. I bought this product instead of IB Guard because it's also enteric coated and time release but significantly less expensive. This also contains two extra ingredients, ginger and fennel. It works tremendously well for me. I could feel improvement within 24 hours, and after 3 days, my BMs were solid and a I had a huge reduction in gas. It's been one week and I intend to continue using this product indefinitely but I will update if it stops working. For now, I'm extremely happy with it.

About 8 years ago I developed some kind of painful intestinal issues, especially after eating fatting thing (mistakenly diagnosed gallbladder). I was put on a few different prescriptions to help prevent and others to aid. After some research a tried these capsules. I take one a day, and 90% of the time it controls my digestive issues. When I have a “Flair” I take an extra capsule and it’s all I need. I could not recommend these more! (These also don’t not cause oil of peppermint burps, like others I’ve tried)

These peppermint capsules not only there easy to swallow but also help with calming my stomach down when dealing with gastric situation and I can really taste the mint oil from the capsule which tells me that it's working .

This worked instantly for my stomach pains and bloating. It does cause heart burn, so it is very important to drink LOTS of water as you take it to avoid this. As far as the other side effects that someone mentioned, like fog and confusion, that does not happen with me. I would not necessarily blame that on this product since those symptoms could have multiple other causes like ADHD, lack of sleep, hormonal fluctuations or other medications.

I have bought other brands and they never help with my digestive problems like these! The value for the money is so worth it! I have IBS and these have been a life saver! I will always purchase them the ingredients are true and the taste is long lasting. With someone who’s always had problems and searched for years til I found these. I’ve tried cheaper versions and they just don’t make the cut with the quality these do.
