This redidtance bar works well when used for its intended purpose and the rollers allow you to do other excercises.

I picked up this set of Geku resistance band holders that fits onto their bards just to have a spare set. They are a nice smooth metal, no scratchy edges anywhere. The nut rolls smoothly and the grippy surface of the nut is nice to make it easy to tighten onto the bar. These are made for Geku bars so I don't know if they would fit any other bars; I think not as the Geku bars are thicker and higher quality than the common bars.

These hooks are much larger and accommodate my largest thickest blue coresteady band comfortably. They also seem much sturdier in construction and haven't bent after doing chest press with combination of my heaviest band and medium band, which the other hooks bent inward. Adding these to my old Geku bar has made it's use more pleasurable to use knowing that it is a much more durable and sturdier piece of equipment. *Update* Unfortunately these hooks have started to bend like the others, they are designed to take a larger stronger heavier band but unfortunately they are not sturdy enough to withstand the stresses these cause to them.

This has been a worthwhile addition to the bar. Squatting and deadlifting at home with heavybands the core strengthening is not the same as free weight. The wheel with abs really works well

Really awesome addition to my resistance band workout…… I actually bought the full-size bar prior to buying this accessory and to be honest I now have two full length bars with this and the original bar very sturdy. My only problem is that you have to check to make sure the screws haven’t loosened up. It doesn’t happen very often and it’s not very serious. You just need to check all in all very good product.
