Just ordered more...
Just ordered more Very nice MOP, a little thinner than I expected, but this works very well with wood veneer. I tested on some practice knife scales, pleased with the results. Cut with 40 w CO² laser, low and slow, USE PAPER MASKING!

Too thin but workable.
For laser cut inlays, these are very thin. Thinner than advertised. You have to be really super careful not to dig through the mother of pearl top. But I was able to pull a nice inlay off. Wouldn’t buy again due to the extra thin nature. But can be still used with careful consideration.

I'll shell out a review
It's pretty much as they say, but isn't perhaps as nice as I had expected. Also, they say it is .4mm +- No. I have 2 different colors, and one is .15mm to .20mm, and the other is .3mm to .4mm. Of course they are on the thin side, which is their advantage, and all that makes it tricky to work with. It will break very easily. Also, if you are cutting them out with for inlays with a laser of one flavor or another, that's tricky too. One section will be cut thru, whilst other sections are still cutting (I do multiple light cuts so as to not heat damage the edges). Anyway, I don't think I'll be buying this from them again.
