Very powerful router/switch/firewall
Some teething problems setting up and updating firmware. It does not like updating over LAN and kept failing. Luckily there is a backup firmware on board so unit wasn’t bricked. Tip - update via direct connection.Now running smoothly, and highly versatile. Overkill maybe for home / small business use but I moved to 3GB fibre and wasn’t much point having only 2.5GB ports on the supplied modem. This has 2 x 10GB SPF+ ports so future proof - also considering its a router that can handle 12GB/s throughput, very powerful firewall and 10GB ports + 2.5GB becomes a good value proposition for my needs for home use and small business from home. Always used Draytek - solid and reliable, once configured properly they just work
