This slow feeder works wonderfully! My cat would always eat too fast so we would have to stick to giving her a little at a time to slow her down so she wouldn’t get sick. This slows her down exponentially, completely eliminating her stomach problems! What normally took her 3 minutes to scarf down now takes the same time if not longer than the other cats in my house who eat slowly. It does say it’s a 1/2 cup capacity, but I only feed her 1/4 cup for her size and it’s pretty full though I use bigger kibble bits. So do with that as you will. The bowl works wonderfully for its slip resistance and the color is one of my favorites. It does take a little bit of shaking to get the kibble evenly distributed, but after a couple of times of doing it, it’s super easy to use. Definitely worth every penny.

My cat absolutely loves it. It definitely slows down his eating. It works well with wet or dry food. It's very easy to add food to, but a small spatula for wet food can be useful. It's just the perfect size for my one cat and is worth the price. The only problem I have is that the slip resistance is good, but if you have a more persistent cat like I do, it can be moved quite easily.

This feeder is amazing! It keeps my cat engaged while also slowing down how quickly he eats. The material is great, it has a silicone bottom to prevent it from moving while your cat is eating. My only complaints are that it can be hard to clean in the crevices and that my cat can’t get everything from the pockets. Other than that, he loves it

I am very glad I bought it. My cat was throwing up frequently and I suspected that eating fast was the reason. Now that he eats from this slow feeder, he has thrown up only twice in about two months. He doesn't have any issues scooping food out of the feeder and it just helps him keep a slower pace and not gorge on the food.

LOVE this bowl. Finally something that slows down my greedy Cornish Rex down!! Very solid bowl with hard rubber so it doesn'y bend out of shape. I give it a quick rinse and toss it in the dishwasher so it's an easy clean. It's a good size with the 3oz cans and could probably fit a bit more. I like that it doesn't slide around. It's a good weight too so it feels very premium. Very happy

I bought this for a kitten and it did slow her eating down. As she got older it did not work as well though. Might be okay for smaller type of animals or young animals. Quality is very good. It’s sturdy and easy to clean.

While intended for cats, I use this to feed one of my dachshunds. It fits up to a half of a cup of dry small bite kibble and REALLY slows them down. It stays put when you set it down with a really nice rubber rim. While I use it for my dogs, this is definitely whisker-friendly for cats because the wells are pretty shallow. I actually need to order a new one, but that's because I gave mine to a friend who was struggling with his cat eating too quickly. He said it works great for her, too! It is a little bit challenging to clean if you clean by hand due to the number of pockets, but it's a fair trade off for the other benefits.

My cat was eating so fast prior to this bowl she would vomit about half the time within 30 mins or so after eating. After switching to this bowl she hasn’t vomited once, it definitely slows her eating down substantially! She seems to love it as well and she hasn’t been able to tip this bowl over and dump it (which has been an issue for bowls in the past). Amazing find!!

Our cat is food obsessed. This dish really slows him down. Now after a few days of using it, he will actually leave his dish with food left in it and go back later on to finish it. That's a big win for us. We only feed him kibble, not sure how it would work with wet food.. likely a nightmare to wash given all the honeycomb pockets.

My cat would eat his bowl of food in 30 seconds and sometimes throw up.. with this dish it takes him 7 minutes and so far has not thrown up, it works !

Pretty useless for dry food as it's very shallow, however it's amazing for wet food. Took my boy a good 20 minutes to eat his meal when he normally inhales it in well under 5. It's a pita to clean, but it'll be worth it if it keeps him from barfing up his food every few days.
