This was a decent value set for the price ($19 at the time, it's higher now but they all seem to be). All the lights worked including the daily timer, and this helped me germinate some fussy veggies like peppers. The plastic is sturdy and should hold up a long time. I only wish the heating mat had a temp adjustment. After a couple weeks I realized it was keeping some of my seedlings too hot, so I wouldn't recommend using it past germination in warm weather.For my second planting I switched to Jiffy peat pellets and left out the plant holder. You can fit 12 peat pellets directly in the water catch tray. Not only are peat pellets easier to transplant, but the seedlings are safer. I lost half a tray of seedlings when using loose soil after it was knocked over. Something to keep in mind if you have cats or kids around.

It is as described and works well. Good value for the price.

I bought this seed starter tray with 50/50 expectation of whether it would work. I’m glad I took the chance because it works like a dream.Set up was easy. Even though the plastic is light weight it did not seem cheap. ALL the led lights worked. Heat pad is functional and hold temperature well. Even has the instructions on the pad itself which I found very convenient. Surprised at how well it retains moisture. From the date I’m typing this review I set up what you see in the photos exactly four days ago and there was still moisture in the dome and soil. I already have sprouts/ seedlings. I’m so shocked at how well it worked. Taking one star off because the cells arrived with some remnants of dirt, but I am unsure if it was used prior. I’m buying again after I finish this. I hope it is still great the second time around.

Exceeded my expectations! Works great and comes with everything you need except the soil. Easy assembly and sturdy. Hold water in the bottom of each pan for add moisture. Also comes with a timer on the grow lights! This is perfect for seed starting!

I got these for TCs (tissue cultures) for exotic plants I had on my list, this works amazingly and it comes with a full size heat mat. Perfect for what I needed it for, loved the acclimation dome feature with the adjustable venting! Well worth the price! Snag this!

These worked pretty well to start the seedlings but once they grew to 2” you had to remove the dome or the seedlings would touch the wet sides and die off. Had success when removing the dome after germination and setting near a sunny window until transplanting.

This makes starting your seedlings for your garden a breeze. No more remembering to turn on and off your grow light. The heated mat is a nice addition. Easy to set up and use.

This is a good starter bundle with everything needed to start growing plants from seeds. There's a small little booklet that explains how to set up that was helpful. I have my first seedlings just starting to sprout now. Heating mat lights domed vented lids starter trees and holding trays for water all included. Very pleased with the price. Would buy again
