The assembly is required, but it’s relatively easy for those with a basic knowledge of a screwdriver. It took about 15 mins to completely assemble. We did have one issue with a damaged component. The customer service team responded consistently with timely follow ups and worked through a solution very quickly. I may be biased because after this service, I’m now a customer for life!!

This bike is a great learning bike. The price point is competitive. The assembly is required, but it’s relatively easy for those with a basic knowledge of a screwdriver. It took about 15 mins to completely assemble. We did have one issue with a damaged component. The customer service team responded consistently with timely follow ups and worked through a solution very quickly. I may be biased because after this service, I’m now a customer for life!!

We bought this for our grandson at Christmas and he was just now able to ride it as the weather has warmed up. The bike does not work properly. The pedals lock up, the brakes lock up and it's not as tall as stated in the description. We would like a refund.
