advised to take to combat migraine build up and length

Purchased after GP recommended B12 400mg for migraine prevention. Its near impossible in the UK to find this dose of B12 in one capsule (most places only do 100mg capsules at most). I was nervous buying "drugs" online but my migraine severity has reduced so I am sure it works! Coated capsules are easy to swallow and don't perish.Warning though- a side effect of a high dose of B12 is that your urine will quite literally turn neon. Like mountain dew. Do not be alarmed, this is normal, if not slightly unnerving the first time. This will return to normal within 48 hours of not having any.

Heard these were good for helping getting rid of migraines or they make it so you might not get them as often at least. They may work for others unfortunately they’re not helping mine but I’m still getting a vitamin that my body needs so I’m not to mad

I cant really feel the difference. But it might be just me. Value for money.

Advised by GP to try as had ongoing migraines. This made a huge difference although very large to swallow. Would recommend
