Do Not Buy This Soldering Iron Ever! Never Ever!
Just to give you an idea of my use case -I’m a drone pilot,and I make my own drones.I have used multiple soldering rod’s, I use them excessively for soldering motors, and circuits.I was using a cheap Rs.600/- soldering with temperature control before this. After about 6 months of use my soldering iron started to get a bit old- and some bits had melted off so I decided to purchase this soldering iron, just before leaving from my home to Kashmir.Problem-I reached Kashmir and the day I needed the soldering rod I started using it -The description says heats in 60seconds -1. UNFORTUNATELY IT DOES NOT HEAT EVENLY at all - the tip doesn't gets heated at all.2. The tips are of extremely poor quality -3. IF tip melts the the soldering wire - the top is of such bad quality - it dosent hold the melted solder it keeps dropping 😂4. The temp control doesn’t work properly
