Sleep Breakthrough Non Habit Forming, Tropical Dreams, 202.5 g

Love this stuff. Knocks me out!

I've been using this product for a while to help with my sleep, it has genuinely made a difference. This formula has helped me fall asleep more4 easily and stay asleep more consistently, without feeling groggy in the morning. My nights have become more restful. This is now part of my night routine!

Bought some of this BIOptimizers Sleep Breakthrough, unfortunately my experience with it wasn’t so good. It made me wake up around every 2 hours or so. My Oura ring said that I got inconsistent sleep. In the morning I noticed that my muscles were sore, slight headache and I had ringing in my one ear. I would return this product but sadly Amazon won’t let you. Keep in mind that this product is pretty pricey which is upsetting. I am very disappointed as BIOptimizers usually makes good products, but not this one.

Listen… I am only giving one star off because of the flavor. Ingredients are awesome, it works well as a magnesium product, I sleep great when I use it. I can give it to the kids….. I love the blue flavor and it works amazing, but this.”tropical” flavor tastes like FAKE banana. I can get behind most flavors, I mean, I’m here for the product benefits, but that one is not it. We will definitely use it because it’s amazing stuff, but I will not be getting the tropical flavor again. It’ll be back to the blue one. Sidenote to the product itself, I usually use a jar to shake it up in, or one of those little electric frothers, otherwise it doesn’t mix well. I usually end up adding a little more water at the end to make sure I’m getting all of the heavier magnesium that sinks to the bottom. *see video

Very effective for restful sleep.

I e been using this product for a week. It helps you to fall asleep but I find myself getting up after 4 hours.

I have tried so many sleep supplements and this one is a keeper winner. It increased my deep sleep amounts and reduced to almost nothing the latency of getting back to REM sleep if I awake up for any reason. Awake times are almost zero. I use the Tropical flavor which is designed for deeper sleep.

I’ve given this product 2 stars only because it was delivered quickly. I’ve used the Magnesium Breakthrough for quite some time now. LOVE that product. Thought I would try Sleep Breakthrough because my subscription from Bioptimizers was delayed and was also out on Amazon. I used this once and I will never use it again. I actually slept horribly! Tossed and turned and finally got out of bed feeling groggy and hungover. It’s now 12 hours later and I still feel that way. Except now I’m tired because I never slept! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. There are many others that feel the same way. And now I’m out over $50 because Amazon won’t let me return it. Another reason to buy from the actual company. They have a great return policy. Although I’ve never needed to use it until now, and I can’t.

I recently tried BiOptimizers Sleep Breakthrough 1.0 and I have been blown away by its effectiveness. As someone who has struggled with sleep issues for years, I have tried countless supplements and remedies, but none have worked as well as this one. First of all, I love that this is a natural support supplement. I am always wary of taking prescription medication or supplements with harsh chemicals, so the fact that this is made with natural ingredients is a huge plus for me. It's comforting to know that I am not putting anything harmful into my body. One of the standout features of this supplement is its ability to provide calming relief. I have a lot of stress and anxiety in my daily life, which often leads to difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep. But with Sleep Breakthrough 1.0, I have noticed a significant decrease in my stress levels and have been able to fall asleep more easily. I wake up feeling much more rested and refreshed, which has had a positive impact on my overall well-being. I also appreciate that this supplement is non-habit forming. I have tried other sleep aids in the past that ended up causing dependency and withdrawal symptoms when I tried to stop taking them. With Sleep Breakthrough 1.0, I don't have to worry about any of those issues. I can use it as needed without the fear of becoming reliant on it. I was initially skeptical about the 205 g powder format, as I am used to taking pills or capsules for supplements. But I have found that the powder is actually quite convenient. It mixes easily with water and has a pleasant tropical dreams flavor. I have also noticed that the powder form seems to work faster than pills, which is a huge bonus for me. Overall, I highly recommend BiOptimizers Sleep Breakthrough 1.0 to anyone struggling with sleep issues. It has made a significant difference in my life and I am so grateful to have found a natural and effective solution. Not only does it help me fall asleep and stay asleep, but it also provides a sense of calm and relaxation that I have been missing in my life. I will definitely be repurchasing this supplement and incorporating it into my daily routine. Thank you, BiOptimizers, for creating such a fantastic product!

I've been using for the past few nights before going to bed, but I can't say that I've experienced any meaningful difference in sleep length or quality (I used a smart watch to track deep and light sleep stages, and respiratory rate, both with and without this supplement). This is basically a vitamin and mineral formula focused on improving the ability to naturally fall asleep. I found it actually kept me up on the nights that I took it. I think "tropical" is a bit of a stretch in terms of flavour, and in practice, I found that you need a lot more water to make the serving size palatable, otherwise, it's just bitter and sour. For the price, I can't see why you'd spend this much on non-pharmaceutical grade ingredients. If you really must try this, go in with eyes open, and only after covering all of the basics (nutrition; hydration; exercise; stress management; supportive mattress and pillow(s); dark, cool and quiet environment; confirmed medical exclusion (i.e. sleep apnoea, insomnia, etc)).

I have had sleeping problems for some time now. I find that I get to sleep quickly but waken up in the early hours and then lay awake for the rest of the night. I have tried many herbal products such as Nytol and Melissa Dreams but found these to be ineffective. The only product which I found helpful was melatonin but you are advised not to take this if you have an auto-immune disease and I have 2 so thought it best to stop taking it. This product was hugely expensive and because of this I assumed it must have some miracle ingredient not found in other similar products. It doesn't. Most of the products which it contains, such as magnesium, zinc etc, can be found much more cheaply in other products. I have taken this product on a number of occasions now and found it to be ineffective. In view of the high price, I don't want it to go to waste so I will keep taking it for a while longer in the hope that continuous use will maybe work. However, as at this moment, I do not anticipate buying this product again.

I do have problems with waking up in the night and so feel quite tired a lot of the time. I have only had this for a couple of days but it does seem to help. Perhaps because I am feeling tired I found that taking it an hour before bed was a bit too early and I almost sleep-walked through getting ready for bed, for me about 30 minutes before worked on the second night. I have still woken up during the night a couple of times, but got back to sleep very quickly, perhaps this will change as my body gets used to a different sleep pattern. Sometimes all it takes is a few good night's sleep to break a pattern. It is quite easy to dissolve the powder in the recommended 100ml of water, although I do use a stirrer to make sure it's properly dissolved and it tastes quite fruity and pleasant. My only reservation is the price, £59.99 seems to be very expensive to take on a regular basis, although i does have a long 'Best Before' date, in my case 18 months from the date I received it. so I think that I will only use it when I have a problem sleeping and won't take it regularly.

I have been using this powder for almost four weeks now and have noticed that on the nights I am taking it, I have better quality sleep and more energy the next day, thanks to being properly rested. I am not great at taking it every evening. The recommendation is to have it one hour before sleep, and sometimes I forget. On those nights, I can see a definite difference in how I sleep. I would recommend using room-temperature water because I found the powder to dissolve better in it. I’ve noticed that there is usually some powder left at the bottom of the glass, but it is never very much, and it can be drunk with the last sip of the drink if you stir it again. The tub came with a handy little measuring spoon that I found buried under the powder. I really liked the smell and taste of this drink, but the first time I drank it, I found it very sweet. In fact, I was worried that having sugar before bed would keep me awake, but this product does not have any added sugar, is only made from naturally derived ingredients, is gluten- and soy-free, and most importantly, does not contain any melatonin. So, I think I can put up with the sweetness. I feel like this powder does not really help me fall asleep any quicker, but it does assist me in having a good quality, deep sleep and waking feeling well rested. The tub contains 25 two-scoop servings, which works out at about £2.40 per night of sleep at its current price. I think this is pretty good value for a good night’s rest. If you were to only use one scoop, this would be even better value. I can only speak for myself, but I find it easy to take and very helpful for my sleep. I would be happy to recommend it.
