Comfortable, durable, excellent customer service and SUPERB sound quality! Affordable too! I like the fact that they’re hard to lose because they have a nice wraparound that hangs around my neck. I’ve never lost a pair. I’m hard of hearing and these are great earbuds! These are comfortable, durable, and excellent value and they don’t break easy. The customer service is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been ordering Senso (Tekatron) earbuds and over the ear headphones or over 3 years. I own about 6 - 9 pair of their earbuds (different styles) and a pair of over the headphones by Tekatron and I am very pleased! Noise canceling is excellent. This time I ordered the BLUE Senso Bloothtooth earbuds and I already know this will be a fantastic product. Please, please, please always remember to register your product so that you can get a discount code to apply to your next purchase. Tekatron is very accommodating! Customer service is exceptional. A lot of people seem to be confused between the blue, red and black. Some have a soft case and some have a hard case etc. Seriously… I have not found any difference in the GREAT sound quality and the customer service is superb! I don’t like to talk on the phone with these earbuds or any earbuds. I accidentally ended up on a phone call while I was listening to music on my phone. The person on the other end could not even tell I was using a pair of earbuds! The customer service we reach 24 hours and there’s always a friendly voice on the phone. Now I’m starting to colorcode them. The older style I had the over the ear and it was not conforming to the ear. (I think they discontinued those) At one point they stopped working. Tekatron Replaced them within days! These earbuds arrive with little earpieces to fit your ear and other little gadgets that make life a little less complicated. I think this will make my 9th pair. Someone may ask ...why do you need so many pair of earbuds? Answer: My neighbor had a new baby. (Make sense?) And I use the different colors to colorcode them. I refer my friends also to this product as I find these ear buds to be of exceptional quality. The customer service is absolutely wonderful and accommodating. I don’t think I’d want to order another brand after working with this company. I wouldn’t consider these earbuds completely waterproof but they’re excellent for exercising or just listening around town or your home. These have a nice range of about 30 feet. The sound quality is superb with excellent noise canceling. Not real fancy but they absolutely are my favorite earbuds. I will order again and refer others to this product. I bought these headphones as a replacement for my Plantronics wireless headphones I had for several years, which did not like taking a ride in the washer and dryer. I considered just repurchasing the same pair but decided against it to save some money. Also, they didn't seal very well so there was usually a lot of background noise coming through. I spent a couple days searching for a new pair that wouldn't break the bank. I eventually landed on the Senso 255s and the reviews were all promising. At the price, I thought I'd give it a shot. I've had the headphones for about a week now and so far I am happy with them. Noise cancelation is far superior to my last pair because they fit snugly in the ear, and so far I have only had to charge them once. Range is as advertised which matches virtually every other wireless ear buds out there (30ft). I really have no complaints, just some very minor inconvenience things that I feel could be improved. The first is the verbal notifications that come through the headphones when turning on, off, or low battery. The voice is loud and abrasive so when you're chilling out watching some Bob Ross videos or something and your battery gets low, it's jarring to suddenly be verbally assaulted with BATTERY LOW. Plantronics had this going for them, with a much softer and kinder lady. Again, not a deal breaker, but it would be an easy design change to ease up. The second thing is that the wires come out of the buds toward the front, cantilevered out from the ear buds. Which means if your shirt tugs on the wires or you turn your head when you don't have them cinched up right, it's going to pivot the ear buds down and they'll come loose. It's a quick twist to fix them, but I feel like if they just had the wires coming from directly under the ear buds or toward the back, you wouldn't get that cantilever action and they'd stay in better. The adjustible ear hanger things help, but your pivot point is still at your ear hole so anytime that wire gets hung up you have to readjust. Lastly, sound quality is really good if not just a hair heavy on the bass. If you're an audiophile, these are not for you. But it is perfectly fine for most situations. The car magnet holder is a nice touch and works well. All in all, if these make their way through the wash like my last pair and don't live through it, I would buy them again.

These are comfortable and fit my ears well -- and that's saying a lot because I have trouble getting any earbuds to fit. The sound isn't what you'd get from a pair of $200 Beats, but since you're probably wearing these while outside anyway, it's pretty good. The features are nice and convenient. As for the Pros of this device, you can pretty much just read the specs and you'll see all that you're getting for such a low price. As for the cons: The button is a little stiff. It's not just a "tap" but you have to press kind of hard. It still worked fine, though. There was a fair amount of wind noise with the pair I had, but it appeared that the noise cancellation feature wasn't working. For that reason, I ended up returning them. I wouldn't fault them for that (I'm sure they sell a lot, so for an occasional item to have a minor issue is probably to be expected.) Any similar-styled headphones, where the battery and controls are in the earpiece are going to stick out farther than those with the controls/battery in the cable. So you're going to get some wind noise. As for the customer service: I'd give them 100% for that. They responded to emails within a few minutes and even gave me a discount code to use on a future pair. They were really great!

I've looked a long time to find earphones that worked for me. I am a petite female with small ears. Several earbuds I've tried over the years were just too large for my ears, fell out easily and were uncomfortable. I wanted to find a pair that were wireless since I use them mostly for walking for exercise and when I'm vacuuming or cleaning. Wires just get in the way. I didn't want to spend a great deal of money and I wanted them to fit my smaller ears. This product seemed to fit the bill so I decided to try them out. They arrived in two days. I charged them up and gave them a try. They paired very quickly with my iPhone XR. Then I found that 90% of the sound was coming out of the left side, 10% out of the right. I tried a different size ear piece (they give you 3 sizes to choose from). Still did not work. I emailed Tekatron and they got back to me in 5 MINUTES!!! Detailed instructions were given to me in this email on how to do a factory reset and it worked! I was very happy with this company's fast response and promise to fix this issue with whatever it took. The sound quality is good, they are comfortable for me and the small size earbud piece fits my small ears. The earpiece that goes around your ear is flexible and allows for a snug fit. For my use these earbuds are very nice and they come with a nice case as well. Best of all, you can't beat the price.

I bought these to replace another headset that had finally worn out. I use paired them with my Kindle Fire which I take walking to listen to either music or audiobooks. What struck me at first was the sound quality. These headphones actually have quite a good sound to them. I changed the earpiece to the memory foam, which did seem to increase both the comfort and sounds quality when they are properly seated in the ear. So I give these good marks for fit, sound quality, and pricing. But I must include that there is occasional popping and crackling when using them. I don't get this when I plug directly into the kindle, nor do I get that crackling and popping when using my cheap MPOW connected to a plain set of headsets. It is obviously this headset that is the source. I noticed that the popping and crackling seem to increase when I have my kindle on my left side, perhaps because the receiver transmitter of the Senso headphones is on my right. But this is still only a maximum of 3 feet away, albeit through my body. I have attempted factory resets, re-pairing, and complete recharging. Even from a full recharge, after the complete factory reset, and a repairing these headsets continue to have this crackling as if they are too far away (even though only 3' or less from the kindle). I should think that a set of sports headphones intended to be worn on the human body shouldn't have this much trouble transmitting through the same human body. And if this is a double-pairing problem (even though I do not have these double paired to a second device) then this is a technology that seriously need to be rethought. All that being said, they are comfortable. The wire ear wraps are flexible, and therefor adjustable, something not mentioned in the advertisement (and not a feature of my wife's discontinued MPOW flames). The sound quality (other than the popping and crackling is actually quite good. The device's functions work quite firmly and seem to be well constructed. Another fine feature is the fast charging time. These earphones do charge MUCH faster than other similar bluetooth items I have used and I have yet to see the battery fully discharge from use. So overall I have to give this a 3 star rating. If they could resolve the popping and crackling while in use I'd have to give these a full 5-star.

This is my second set of the senso earbuds. The sound for the price is awesome. The first pair the battery life after about 6 months of use had to be charged everytime before i used them. Which my bicycle ride was anywhere from 1 to 3 hours. So when i saw the newer version that said improved battery life decided to purchase. I really like the wire that is inside the rubber piece that bends over the top of the ear. They are so much more secure...or at least they feel that way to me. I havent had a chance to wear them for exercise yet to check the battery life but they sound and feel great. UPDATE: this new set is TERRIBLE..I charge these NIGHT... before to use the next MORNING and the battery drains overnight. The battery quality in first set was not that great but they would at least last for 3/4 hours of use. This new set i get about an hours use. I could also charge the old set the night before and they would hold the charge for that day...NOT drain overnight. This new set is completely worthess and for me stressful. I purchased this set because of the wire in the ear clips...but they are useless this way. I get ready to go for my ride and these are dead so i have to wait around for them to charge and by then...Im pissed off and lose interest. The only reason i am even giving one star is because 0 ISN'T AN OPTION. I am really hoping this company reads their reviews and makes this right. Not just for me but for everyone who has purchased these. I am going to contact this company and see if they make this right. I will also be posting an additional update in regards to their service with this issue.

Bought the s255 to replace my previous s250 only because I accidentally broke them (I dropped them and then ran them over with my car, poor blue led indicator was still blinking, otherwise I would probably be still using them today). The overall look is quite familiar but I was surprised to find some nice little upgrades. In the sound department they feel pretty much the same. Good bass, decent mids, and so so highs. However I did notice some improvements on the battery life. Previous model lasted at its best 6.5 hours (mid volume). I've been able to squeeze anywhere between 7.5 to 8 hours (mid to high volume), so there is a significant battery time increase. Also the earhooks got an upgrade which has both a positive and a negative side. The previous model had earhooks made out soft plastic that didn't really sore your ears while wearing them for long periods of time but they were not adjustable. This model comes with a sort of hybrid earhooks which you can pretty much mold to fit your ears perfectly reamaining conformtable while at the same time secure. The only down side is that if you put your ear buds in your pocket or in the case the came with, the earhooks will shape into all kinds of crazy positions and you will have to reshape them every time you put them back on. The Price/quality is very good too. If you don't own any kind of bt eaebuds and you don't want to spend on a high dollar price tag to get a decent pair with good sound quality and long lasting battery this is a good option. However if you own the previous s250 model you might need to consider if the upgrades are worth buying again because honestly you will be getting the same sound quality as before.

Pros: good sound, good battery life, Bluetooth, water proof, free carrying case, free extras Cons: only thing I would say is carrying case could be a bit bigger (deeper). First off, I'm not an audiophile, but I am a music lover. I almost always have music playing somewhere. I bought these for the gym because they have ear clips (I don't like ear bud only styles), they're Bluetooth, and they are waterproof. They sound great to me, whether I'm listening to music or watching a YouTube/Facebook video. I've used them several times and haven't had to charge them yet. They're comfortable to wear, but after a couple hours on the first use, my ears were starting to hurt. I think this may have been because I'm not used to inside-the-ear headphones and/or because the ear piece was too big for my ear. I switched the ear pieces out with a smaller set (included, as well as bigger sets) and have not experienced any further discomfort. The included extras are nice, but I'm not going to use the cellphone card wallet and my car dash isn't shaped in a way that makes using the air vent cellphone mount easy and unobstructed. All in all, the only thing I could criticize is that the carrying case could be just a bit deeper. Everything fits, but I'm a tad OCD and have to line them up a certain way so I don't feel like I'm forcing the carry case out of shape.

Bough for hubby for pool as all reviews stayed they worked under water, they don,t as soon as he put his head in the water he lost connection. Whole point of buying them.

Nice Bluetooth earphone. Excellent sound. Amazing bass. Noise isolation also ok. Best battery backup. Good connectivity. Much more plus included in this product. And the seller cart2india was really good. Promised delivery on time.
