I absolutely love this tote bag! It's lightweight, stylish, and surprisingly spacious without feeling bulky. The puffy design gives it a modern look, and the material feels soft while still being durable enough for everyday use. One of my favorite features is the multiple compartments. They make it easy to keep everything organized, so I'm not constantly digging around for my phone, keys, or wallet. There's plenty of room for my daily essentials, and it even fits a laptop, tablet, water bottle, and a few extra items comfortably. The shoulder straps are comfortable to carry, even when the bag is full, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations for the price. I just received it, but so far couldn’t possibly be more pleased. I’ve been looking for exactly this size, shape, and combination of features for SO SO SO LONG. For me, this 20 L size is PERFECTION as my everyday carry. It’s not a purse size, obviously, but it’s also not so big that it starts to look a little ridiculous! Instead, I think it looks “normal” but somehow manages to fit all my “regular" stuff with a REALLY nice amount of room left over. if I want to throw in a sweatshirt, my agenda, or even some random bits of groceries, I will be able to! I love that flexibility. With regard to flying, I really wanted a zippered main and at least 1 zippered side pocket for flying and this has exactly that. I also love the 2 skinny end pockets for super quick access to my water bottle and my phone when they don’t need to be in the security of the zippered pocket. Awesome. Also, the strap for securing to a roller bag? Genius. The material and construction seem solid. I think this bag will last a long time with normal care! Oh, and I very much like the strap length AND the clip-in cross-body strap option. Its a thoughtful, potentially very useful inclusion, especially for traveling. Like all bags made of anything other than leather or super heavy duty canvas, this bag will kind of collapse onto itself if it doesn’t have anything in it. (Which will make it pretty great for storage or packing into a suitcase. ) BUT, now that I’ve put my everyday items Ito it, it’s sitting perfectly stable and upright. For me, It hits such a sweet spot of just enough structure to stand upright well, without being bulky and heavy. Again, amazing. Honestly, I like this bag so much I might get another in a different color. Oh, AND my 16-year old daughter saw it and said “ Cuuuuuuuuute, Mom!”

Bagsmart totes are the best! This tote has so many pockets, it’s perfect to keep everything organized. It can be used for several different things- a work bag, a diaper bag, a travel/carry on bag, etc. The material makes it easy to clean and the color is exactly like the picture. I like to wait and write reviews only after I have actually used a product for a couple of months because I want my feedback to be as accurate as possible. After testing it thoroughly, I can confidently say this bag is amazing! I purchased it in black specifically for a trip, and I don't even have the words for how unbelievably lightweight it is. The material is also incredibly soft to the touch, yet it remains very well-made and durable. It is exceptionally organized, featuring many useful pockets on both the inside and the outside to keep all your items separated. It is also the ultimate travel bag—it folds up perfectly flat when you don't need it, and it has a built-in trolley strap on the back that slides right over your suitcase handle so it sits securely while you walk through the airport. After I came back from my vacation, I loved it so much that I started using it as my daily work bag. It easily fits my laptop, my lunch box, and my wallet all at the same time, and it manages to hold everything perfectly without ever looking or feeling overly bulky. I couldn't be happier with it!

I love this bag!! Lightweight, stylish, the right color, the right size, zippers shut, comes with a shoulder strap, has just the right type and amount of pockets. Even has a sleeve so you can slip it over the handle of your traveling roller bag. I may order a duplicate just to have on hand!

I got it for work. I really like the bag. It fits all the necessary stuff. If you wanna put all kinds of unnecessary things in your bag I suggest getting the bigger size, if not this size is perfect. Has good amounts of pockets. I gave it three stars because the zipper on the inside came off as soon as I tried to open the pocket. That’s really disappointing. Also my water bottle slides up and out of the side pocket sometimes but other than those things everything else is good.

I love this bag! I purchased it to use as my personal item on a multi-city European trip, which involved flights on three different airlines. Because airlines each have their own size limitations, I wanted a squishable, but not floppy, bag. This one was perfect! I appreciated the strap on one side that could be slipped over my suitcase handle. The soft, padded sides and wide handles made it comfortable to carry if I had to put it over my shoulder. The bag holds a lot of stuff! The multiple interior pockets help with organization, and the outer zipper pocket was perfect for easy access to items needed quickly in the airports. On the trans-Atlantic flight I packed: my tablet, Bose wired earphones in their case, a toiletry kit with all of my “must-haves” in case of lost checked luggage, a cashmere shawl, clean shirt and undies, a knitting project, a tech kit with chargers and cords, and a water bottle. This bag checked all the boxes for me, and I think it will be the one I always carry when traveling. I can also see using it when I’m home, as a gym bag, shopping bag, or general tote. It seems well-made and I believe it will hold up well over time. I’m happy with this purchase!

Super cute, super lightweight and good quality. Zippers are smooth, no sticking. I got the cream color and plan on getting a darker color for fall/winter. Great value for the price. Definitely recommend for a work or school bag.

Surprisingly large! Can fit a good amount in the bag, it has sizable compartments. I bought it for work but now it is also my go to for cabin luggage when I travel. Fits under the seat and everything I need for the flight is right at my feet. It’s a soft material but sturdy and well made
