Love this filter. Going on 4 months worth of showers and it still seems to be filtering the water like day one! I have used other brands in the past and I don't think the AquaBliss works any different. If anything I'd say its better. Stupid easy to install, came with plumbers tape and matched the finish of my Delta shower head. If you have poor quality water or notice your hair feels dry, this does a great job a filtering out the chlorine and other chemicals, leaving your hair feeling smoother. Would reccomend and will buy again.

The AquaBliss Shower filter is a very good investment. After using it for a week my wife and I noticed our hair is softer and our skin is not dry to where we don’t need to put on a lot of lotion. The installation was very easy and the instructions were also easy to follow. The video on the website provide also was helpful. I would recommend using this product if you have hard water or your city water department uses a lot of chemicals in their treatment plants. Very happy with the purchase of this product.

I don’t normally leave reviews on here but I have to for this one. It feels of great quality, comes with all the parts needed for a tight install and looks good. After installing I took my first shower and wow! My skin instantly felt smoother and softer, not sure how to explain it exactly but it feels good and hydrated, the water pressure doesn’t seem to have gone down at all so that’s a plus! I’m in love with this thing.

AquaBliss SF100 shower filter. Overall I liked it and recommend it. The kit comes well-equipped: besides the filter, it includes plumber's tape and spare sealing rings (O-rings), which really helps during installation and saves you from having to buy extra parts. The installation itself is simple. The difference in water quality is real. Over time your skin feels softer and your hair improves — in my case it took about five days to notice the change, but it did come. That matched what many other reviewers reported too: water that feels "lighter," less of that leftover residue on the skin, and less mineral buildup. My one criticism is about a small part that comes with it, similar to a little strainer/washer with a metal mesh in the middle. The product doesn't really explain what it's for or when you should or shouldn't install it. It took me a while to figure out that it goes between the pipe threads and the filter, helping with the seal and catching larger sediment. Clearer instructions would solve that confusion. It's also worth noting, as several buyers pointed out, that you should be generous with the plumber's tape to avoid small leaks at the threads, and that the filter needs to be replaced periodically to keep performing well. For the price-to-value ratio and the results in the water, it's worth buying.

I have been using this for just over 2 months now and have really noticed a difference in my skin and hair. For years my feet have been extremely dry and scaly no matter how much or what kind of moisturizer I tried. After 2 months of showering with this filter it has made a night and day difference. Without the use of any moisturizer, my feet are so smooth and soft now that I can’t wait to wear sandals this summer. My hair is also greatly improved in its softness and texture. Best money I’ve spent this year! Also, installation was very quick and easy.

This water filter is perfect for making my hair feel cleaner and my skin feeling soft. I bought this because my hair started building up a waxy texture, my hair is so long and I thought I just wasn’t washing out my products enough but it was the water all along!! I initially thought this was a water softener but I tested the water before and after installing the water filter and the results came back the same. I even compared the strips to my reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen and the water was still hard in my shower after installing the filter. Upon further research, this filter only removes harmful chemicals that damage the hair and skin, it does not remove minerals in the water that essentially make it hard. You would need an actual tank water softener for that. But this is a great alternative to those expensive water softener tanks for the entire home. Installation: My husband and I installed this and it took about 5 minutes, add 10 more minutes for the shower head. The water filter did a great job and I felt an immediate difference. Skin & hair: Normally my skin feels tight and my hair feels super dry after a shower. Also my skin starts to flake and dry skin comes off after I wipe my legs with a towel. But after my shower with the filter, I felt a huge difference in my skin. My hair though still felt waxy. It’s because the water itself is not going to remove or wash away all that build up in my hair, I had to remove it with apple cider vinegar before washing it again. So I did an apple cider vinegar mix with water (2 tablespoons of ACV and 2 cups of filtered water) and I poured it over my hair and let it sit for 5 minutes. After that, I just rinsed my hair in the shower with the filtered water. And my hair felt PERFECT! No more buildup, no more waxy feeling, and my hair actually felt soft for the first time in forever. I also had an issue with my skin when I put lotion on after my showers, I would put my lotion on and the lotion would just peel right off, like it wasn’t penetrating my skin, and it’s a clean lotion with no harmful ingredients (Aveeno daily moisturizing lotion). After my shower with the filter, the lotion wasn’t peeling and my skin actually felt soft. This filter is worth it, just don’t expect it to remove everything and soften the water completely, but it’s also better than spending hundreds and thousands of dollars on a real water softener. Customer service: after I installed the water filter, I saw a leak coming from the water filter when I tested it, so I took it off and looked inside and there was a broken seal, I thought this was defective since it broke so easily in my opinion. I tried getting a replacement, and Amazon directed me to the Aquabliss website. I was actually pretty annoyed about this because I already knew this was going to be a super long process considering my experience with past communications with big businesses like this. I filled out their form online telling them my issue, the emailed me literally 20 minutes later with a diagnosis, and a step by step guide on how to fix it. I tried it and it didn’t work, it kept leaking, so they advised me to send pictures of the damage and then pictures of where the leak was coming from. After I sent that in, they emailed me less than 10 minutes later, they said that I screwed it on too hard and the pressure from screwing it too hard made the seal break which makes complete sense, so it was user error :(( I was upset because I thought they wouldn’t send me a replacement part because it was my fault. But no!! They immediately sent me a replacement filter holder with a new filter inside. The shipped it to me the same day and it delivered the next day. The whole customer service process lasted literally 20-30 minutes. They were quick, friendly and efficient. Great experience! Final thoughts: I think this filter paired with a monthly apple cider vinegar mask would work perfectly for the hair if you have mineral and product buildup in your hair. The skin feels wonderful after using the filter.

Can’t say enough great things about this product. My partner has been having itchy scalp issues for a long time, going through all sorts of shampoos. Nothing worked. A couple of years ago we moved to a place with incredibly hard water and it got worse. She was talking about getting a whole house water conditioning unit. We decided to start small and found this Aquabliss shower filter. It was incredibly easy to install, extra parts and OMG, it even had a roll of Teflon tape!! How many times have you had to run out just to one of those for a project? Best of all, the itchy scalp is gone. Her hair is softer and glossier and her scalp doesn’t itch. She said it felt better after just one shampoo. So totally thrilled with the product in every respect!!

TLDR: def removes something from water if there is something to remove, improve quality of water based on that, improved water pressure. I got an old house with hard water AND iron pipes so our shower is constantly covered in white and red film. Since moving in my husbands psoriasis has been constantly flared up and I developed an extremely sensitive scalp and both of us were dealing with more acne all over. I knew it was the water, my husband said I was being dramatic. But even getting out of the shower it felt like I was still covered in soap and shampoo. After my father, and experienced carpenter/house builder, confirmed I wasn’t being crazy, our water sucks. Problem is at this time we can’t get a whole house filter and our shower/tub is weird. Our tub is a walk in tub (think old person tub) and the water spout is deck mounted. The shower head is handheld and the hose comes from the deck mounted spout so there was no area to fit a filter at the source of the hose. The shower head holder is slide bar mounted and flimsy at best but what ever filter we installed needed to fit at one end of the hose. I installed the filter on the head side of the hose. Installation was easy, un screw the head from the hose, screw the filter on the hose and the head on the filter. I did have to add an O ring to the filter because there was one spot that leaked but it was resolved very easily. No fault of the filter we got a suction cup mount that’s working great especially because it elongates the handheld portion so increases the height of the head when mounted. I noticed an increase in water pressure immediately- barely turn on the water now for full pressure- so assuming we are saving some bucks there. First shower after I got out I actually felt like my skin was clear and clean, no residual anything on my skin from what I could feel. Husband even admitted after showering he felt a significant difference on his skin and especially his scalp, his most sensitive skin with the most flare ups. I was afraid I’d be disappointed when I washed my hair because I have dense, thick hair that hates being washed in the first place and after washing/conditioning was when my skin felt the worst. My hair hasn’t been this nice in so long. It feels clean after washing it and I can use so much less product to condition it. Def stocked up on filters so we don’t have to go through that again and working on replacing the hose and head so ideally we have the most filtered water while showering.

I had an old filter that made the water flow weaker. Removing that restored the strong water flow however i needed to filter out the chlorine content in my supply. Having been skeptical on this with the experience from the old filter, i tried it out. To my pleasant surprise it did not make my water flow weaker. This is excellent, for the chlorine filtering, will need some time to observe, but the water pressure alone is what makes this product excellent!

I made a lot of research and I found that the AquaBliss shower filter would be the best because it doesn’t only blocks chlorine and reduces things that affects our hair and skin, but it also adds vitamin C, zeolite, Turmaline, and other beneficial minerals and I was able to test using the TD metre and it shows how the filtered water has high readings but that’s due to the added vitamin C and other minerals. The installation was pretty straightforward and super easy! no leakage nothing, and I’m so happy with this purchase.
