A: There is 4g of protein per serving. Hope this helps. They are so delicious and can’t believe they’re gluten free!

**Q: Have they updated to ship in boxes yet, so they don't get crushed in shipping?**
A: Mine came in a shipping bag-very broken up.

**Q: How long would you cook these in a crock pot?**
A: I have not tried cooking them in the crock pot. I usually cook GF pasta and add it to the crockpot cooked. 

they are less likely to breakdown and fall apart.

A: It doesn’t say they are organic. Just double yolk and gluten free

These are actually great tasting gluten-free noodles. They cook up easy and don’t fall apart(unless you overcook them)
