I get migraines way too often but these have been a life saver! I've bought 3 so I can switch them out once they're not cold anymore. They help with more than a headache too. My foster daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled. She was in a lot of pain and her cheeks were swollen. She just popped one of these on her head and pulled it down over her mouth. Almost instant relief. Will most likely buy more in the future.

Love this cap! I have two of these. They are a bit thinner than the other brand, so don’t stay cold as long. But I still really like them! They get cold faster! I have two, so I can use them, back to back.

This squeezes my head so well. It really does stay cool if it's in a cool room and it's too cold in the freezer so I'll do the fridge. It doesn't have that smell that works people talk about and I love the way it feels on my face. I use this as a sleep mask and Because I like head pressure and it feels so good

Awesome product! I discovered this product looking for headache relief. I’m glad I purchased it, it works well. Only downside is that it gets warm (using cold therapy) after about 10-15 minutes of wearing it. It does help my headaches.

Holds the cold, chills down quickly, nice and stretchy so it fits over my son's head easily (6'3", 250lbs.)(big head), and it's actually comfortable! Feels like you're sliding a silk covered memory-foam ski mask over your head!! BONUS - It can slide down over your head so that it wraps around your neck... great item!! The first one was so nice, I bought two more to keep them in rotation out of the freezer!!!

Listen, I have to laugh at how silly I look with this thing on, but this was an essential after a recent surgery! The meds they put me on gave me the worst headaches of my life and I panic ordered this in the middle of the night and it helped so much! I keep mine in my fridge in a Ziploc bag now at all times and sometimes put it in the freezer! Whenever I get a headache, regardless, if it is mild or not, I wear this even either halfway on my head or covering my eyes if I’m laying down in bed! It is so soothing, and it gives that compression and cold that you need when you have a headache! I feel like I have a large to average size head and it fits perfect and it’s not too tight! The material is good quality and I have been able to spot clean it well! Aufgrund von Spannungskopfschmerzen habe ich mir die Maske bestellt da ich gemerkt habe das kühlen mit einem Kühlakku immer gut geholfen hat. Die Maske passt sehr gut auf den Kopf und hält auch gut auf dem Kopf ohne irgendwie ständig korrigiert werden zu müssen. è un prodotto perfetto per chi soffre di emicrania. Forse l'unico difetto che ha è che appena fuori dal freezer risulta scomoda da indossare perchè davvero gelida (giustamente), quindi preferisco appoggiarla prima e indossarla poi. Comunque ha un buon mantenimento del freddo
