Cello 16" 12V Smart TV, Made in the UK – WebOS, Freeview Play, FreeSat, Bluetooth, Pitch Perfect Sound, Prime Video, Apple, BBC – Ideal for Campervans, HGVs & Boats

Wanted a small TV for use in the kitchen whilst cooking, at the sink etc. I’ve had a cheap 10 inch suspended under kitchen cabinets for years, acceptable, but not a great remote, picture or sound. Decided I would need to go bigger, but still wanted it as small as possible to fit like the old one. This Cello seemed to tick all the boxes, HD, Smart, WiFi, good picture/sound, decent remote and at 16 inch it would fit in nicely. On reading the reviews I was a little concerned about the software and many people mentioned how slow and bad it is. I decided to buy anyway, bearing in mind that if it really was a serious problem I would return. I’m very glad that I ignored the critics, as I’ve found the TV to be very nice, exactly what I wanted. Size is just right, picture and sound great, remote nice. I connected to my WiFi and installed the main apps we use like Netflix, IPlayer etc. all working well. The home page is very much as you would expect from a smart tv and quite easy to navigate. There are heaps of channels to choose from, though as the tv is to be used specifically for limited periods whilst in the kitchen, we will be using just a few. We have big screen tv’s in the rest of the house which serve as out main entertainment. Being a new item I expected the installation and use would be a little different to other TV’s in the house, but to be honest it’s much the same. When my wife came home and switched it on, she was able to navigate and select without any instructions from me. I will mention one small hiccup which I experienced during the initial installation. When I believed I had completed the installation, although I found a great deal of stations, I was unable to locate the obvious terrestrial bbc, itv, etc. I made a quick call to Cello and someone talked me through a re installation to find the problem. Very simply, it was a setting I had missed, which searched and installed all stations found through the antenna. Within a minute or so I completed the re installation and all was good. I’ve only had the tv for a few days, but as of now I am very pleased with my purchase. I’m not sure why there are bad reviews mainly concerned with software, if it’s a little slow it’s no concern for me, I’m not looking to save nano seconds.

TV picture is OK but when using Prime or Netflix it just flickers on and off. Impossible to watch. Returning for a refund.

Great picture and sound. Took me time to figure out how to tune in Freeview stations but once tuned in the picture is great.

Good size, with clear picture and sound, though I originally wanted the EchoShow15, but Amazon showed no longer available. I bought the Cello15 as it was to have Alexa built-in. Setting it up and going through the Apps, when I got to 'Alexa’ GET STARTED, I find that it’s no longer supported

This is just a great little TV. British made, it works great via my wifi at home. I don't use a terrestrial aerial with it. Loads of apps preloaded and plenty of connection options too. In the box is a UK mains lead and a 12v lead too. Sound is very good and the picture quality astonishing from a small form tv.

The first one I bought was faulty so had to return it, (Cello were very helpful) the second one is better but usually takes several attempts to get it to play the programme or channel I want, and it won’t always play what I want. It’s very hit and miss and not reliable at all. A shame as I love the small size of it, picture and sound quality are good IF you can actually get it to play what you want it to play.

Nach anfänglichen Problemen mit der Installation, muss ich sagen, das es für das Geld ein wirklich toller Fernseher ist. Einziges Manko, ist das man nicht Magenta Deutschlan über eine APP installieren kann. Man kann das Gerät aber mit seinem Handy/Tablet verknüpfen und somit ist auch das Problem beseitigt. Den Ton finde ich auch gut, nicht wie einige in ihrer Bewertung geschrieben haben, dass der Ton schlecht ist. Das kann ich so nicht bestätigen. Wir konnten auch die Sky Q installieren, sehr zum leid Wesen meiner Frau, da ich jetzt auch Bundesliga im Garten sehen kann. Bild ist super. Nehmt euch aber Zeit bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme.

J’ai attendu. Le produit vaut les 5 étoiles. La télévision est superbe et la portabilité est unique. Surtout pour quelqu’un qui est appelé à déménager. La configuration de la télé ne m’a guère posé de problème significatif. Cette petite télé a du ressort . Le son est ok. L’image en full HD est fantastique. Un bémol toutefois, cette smarttv n’est pas Bluetooth. Je n’ai pas encore traité la fonction enregistrement.

hab das smart TV gekauft für ein Segelboot, da ist nicht viel platz und wollte trotz filme in HD Qualität sehen können. Ich kann nicht verstehen die schlechte Bewertungen. Das Smart tv ist für seine große erstaunlich gut. Bild ist super und der Bedienung einfach und intuitiv. Der ton ist nicht so schlecht wie alle sagen. im Gegenteil für die große ist ausreichen gut. Größere und teuere smart TVs von renommierten marken haben auch richtig Probleme damit. Wer noch bessere Qualität in ton haben möchte, kann problemlos ein Soundbar über Bluetooth Anschließen. WLAN sofort erkannt und verbunden. Streams ruckelfrei und sauber. In ein paar Monate werde sehen ob alles so bleibt aber in Moment echt zufrieden.

Ingebouwd in onze camper. Mooi compact formaat en toch goed beeld en redelijk geluid. Streamen vanaf de telefoon is niet makkelijk maar dat kan ook aan mijn beperkte kennis liggen.
