amPlug 3 Bass Compact Bass Headphone Amplifier w/ Built-In FX and Speaker Emulation

I've been using it everyday over a few months and it's so great. I got more than I asked for. The tone of my bass, the control and different features are really impressive. It's small and light - seems almost like a toy, but the quality of the product itself is A+. I even listen to music from the output from my laptop through the headphone amp. Really convenient. Great for personal practice.

I love this little Vox amPlug 3. I can put it in my bass case pocket and along with one of my headsets, allows me to practice anytime I want, without disturbing anyone else in my home or wherever. It's extremely light, and reliable (so far). I love the adjustability of it, with all the different eq settings, etc. I've found it to be compatible even with my other stringed instruments, such as one of my Ukulele Basses, Mandolins, Lap Steel Guitars and Telecaster Guitar... though the higher frequencies don't come through as "clean" as probably the other series of Vox amPlugs would that are purpose made for electric guitars, etc. I've had No "issues" with connectivity with any of the output jacks in Any of my electric basses, or other stringed instruments. I will be ordering at least one more Vox amPlug, made for electric 6 string guitar. It's definitely a great value, not only for the money, but for the freedom it gives and allows you to play or practice, anytime, anywhere.. should you need to without disturbing others. If you're currently hesitating... don't, just get one for your situation and you'll be thankful that you did... I know my wife is, that I did. LOL

I just got this today and have only used it for about half an hour or so, but I'm pretty impressed with the sound quality through my studio headphones. The drum machine rhythms are a nice feature that gives an added dimension to solo bass practice. The build feels a bit cheesy considering the price point. Beefing up the build by giving it a metal, or at least a sturdier plastic, frame, and adding a tuner feature would bump my rating up to five stars.

It’s perfect for practicing with headphones, it fits perfectly into my Bass and the sound quality was better than expected. It is definitely worth the price too, I’ve gotten 21+ hours of practice on it so far and haven’t had any issues!

I never thought it would be as good as it is. You can play the drum tracks through your amp as well as headphones. The best practice device I ever found for bass.

It is a good device but overall its cheap and limited. It works very well for my needs but it is not a breathtaking device. I think 60 bucks is way too much for the product recieved.

Great tool to practice in apartment complex. Great sound!!! Very pleased with the high quality sound for the money value. Operation is easy and efficient.

VIDEO IS LOUD—-The distortion would be okay if only it didn’t cut outs 😩 I mean it sounded pretty decent for a $60 dollar headphone amp. Just got my first guitar and wanted it for solo practice. Unfortunately, I was just chilling on the bed as I trying to find a comfortable spot I spun it with my body a lil and heard some sort of sound within the headphones. The item then became distorted, and now has cut outs, or even no sound at all. It was only my second day using it. :(

Soluzione pratica se si ha bisogno di ascoltare base e basso contemporaneamente (soprattutto in cuffia, funziona anche con gli altoparlanti con jack 3,5mm), senza dover avere per forza un mixer (a meno che non si ha bisogno apposta di questa attrezzatura). Ottimo suono anche se si capisce benissimo che è un apparecchio elettronico e non un amplificatore valvolare (ovviamente dipende anche dalle cuffie che usate), gli effetti funzionano benissimo (anche se non ho ancora imparato bene ad impostarli). Comoda la funzione metronomo ed accompagnamento batteria, che aiuta nello studio.

Great device. It sticks out a small bit from my Stratocaster when i sit on the couch. It sounds great. Has backup tracks built in. No user manual so you need to fiddle around a bit. I am still fiddling. I feel it is worth the price and allows for late night practice

Ibanezのアクティブベースに使用しています。思った以上に良い音。インピーダンス高めのヘッドホンでも結構音量出せます。 AUXインはTRRSプラグに対応しているので、TRRSケーブルを使うとスマホの音を聞けるのはもちろん、スマホに音を送ることもできます。スマホのアプリで録音できますし、チューナーアプリの反応もよくなるのでおすすめ（自分はAndroidでFenderのアプリを使用）。 メトロノーム音だけじゃなくてドラム音がなるのは練習にめっちゃ良いです。マルチエフェクターやプラグインエフェクトも持ってるけど、練習は身軽にやりたいので。モチベあがるー ベースによってはジャックの位置の関係上ダイヤルが見えないことも。自分ののIbanezのベースもそう。すぐになれるとは思います。 プラグが回転するので、よっぽと変なジャックのベースでもない限り接続できると思います。
