On hot sweat long run days I carry a second one if I need to switch out for fresh at 14miles **Q: How long does it last? How many times can you wash it?** A: If you hand wash it and air dry it, it can be washed many many times. Hand washing it stops it from pilling. I have a few of these and I impregnate it with a high count colloidal silver. If you hand wash it, let it dry in the sun and let mother nature dry it on your vehicle dashboard or hung on rear view mirror. The suns UV rays also help kill bacterium. PS< if your on the fence about buying one of these, I strongly suggest buying the Under Armour Featherweight Sports masks, I have both and the Ultralight is the only one I use. Strangely it's not for sale on Amazon. But if you go to the Under Armor website, they're found there. In fact if you buy one, they will give you a free one, but this sale is only for CONUS. **Q: Can i perfectly play soccer with this mask?** A: The mask won't help u play "perfectly" but it will help u play safely **Q: Does this mask fog up glasses?** A: Absolutely it DOES.
