The matte finish handles reflections perfectly without making the screen look fuzzy. Color accuracy is spot on right out of the box. Fast shipping and the gaming monitor arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was very secure to protect the screen. Great seller, highly recommended!

I’ve been using this monitor with my M1 MacBook Pro and my new gaming PC (AMD Ryzen 7 3800x3D x RTX 5080), and it works very well. I had some issues with an HDMI cable, but when I swapped to DP 1.4 the monitor started working flawlessly. The color is very accurate compared to my Mac, and games look amazing in 4K on my gaming PC. Also older games can definitely reach 144hz at 4K. No issues so far. Just be aware that this monitor needs software updates but it can’t be done with a Mac. You need windows to update it.

I bought this monitor as a docking station monitor for when people visit me and want to hook up a Tower or Laptop to a monitor for gaming or work. These people frequently use different resolutions but most commonly 1080p or 4K. It looks amazing at 4K or 1080p. It sometimes will do 1-to-1 scaling with borders for non-native resolutions like 1440p or scale oddly otherwise but generally it always looks better than most monitors running at non-native resolutions The trouble with most 4K monitors is they USUALLY cant do 1080p well at all. Even though you'd think it should look flawless as 4K is exactly 2 times taller and 2 times wider; MOST 4K monitors make 1080p look blurry and you cant see the pixel crisp edges. This is most definitely NOT the case with the Dough Spectrum One. It looks BETTER in 1080p than most other 1080p native monitors I have of the same panel size(27 inch). For this reason it becomes a very versatile monitor for non-native resolutions which is rare for a 4K monitor to pull off. Overall its an excellent option for someone looking for a very good 4K or 1080p monitor. The scaling with other resolutions is a bit hokey but its not bad. I paid $310+shipping for it and it's an extremely good deal. I wouldnt pay anymore than $400 for this though. Also dont buy the stand, you can get a decent cheap VESA stand for 20 bucks off ebay.

Buying from an untested company is a pretty big gamble, but having been a backer since the time they were called "Eve", getting a Spectrum had very much been in my radar for three years or more. The price and specs are the best selling points, but as soon as you plug it in, the problems start to appear. This product is bad. Whenever it does decide to work, the image quality is quite good. But when it doesn't? And oh boy, does it not want to work quite often... This screen loses signal more often than not. Changing the resolution inside a game is pretty much a black screen guarantee, and sometimes not even Alt-Tabbing will do the job. Often times the screen will just go black (Not even a "No signal" OSD message) while I'm on Windows, watching a video and whatnot. Altogether it's a terrible product and would definitely not recommend it to anyone outside an acceptable support radius where you could at least have it checked or even return it. I've had it shipped to Argentine and now I guess I'll just have to shove it where the sun doesn't shine because I wouldn't sell this to my worst enemy.

This monitor works exceptionally well. The joystick style controller on the back is wonderfully easy to use, and the body of the display is really solidly built. Screen is beautiful and I have had no issues using this monitor with my macbook pro. Colors are exceptional and experience is very smooth due to the high refresh rate. The built in usb dock is also great as it allows me to connect my laptop to all my peripherals with a single display port enabled usb c cable. Monitor packaging and unboxing experience was also stellar. Would highly recommend for office work, content creation, or gaming!
