Worked in less than a week!
This gel has significantly lightened a scar my son has on his face from a fall. It looks like faint discoloration at this point because it's so faded. Shame that this is so small.

My daughter had her last heart surgery and its been a year the surgeon left her with a nasty scar this time around and it stayed looking like keloid scar? So I got this and after 2 days the top already is showing sign of healing!! The inflammation is going down!!!!!!!!!! Definitely getting more if I run out
