The Kepitome 12-inch Korean Buckwheat Cervical Neck Roll is just the right diameter and provides the correct support for my neck. The firmness is just right, as is, but is easy to adjust. The buckwheat and cedar provide a natural scent that is pleasant. I love how the pillow has the extra layer that can be washed and the extra layer provides more stability and support to the overall function. I love the design of the fabric and the color is beautiful. Overall, this is a very well made and very functional neck roll. I have 4 other different brands of various designs and sizes, yet none of them even compare to this one. I am so thankful I found it.

I suffer from chronic neck, pain and posture issues. I’ve tried tons of different pillows and haven’t found one as that worked as well as this one. It did take a few days for me to get used to a firmer pillow, since I had always liked a really soft pillow before. It’s the perfect size for neck support for back sleeping. I’ve also found it really comfortable for side sleeping, although it takes more adjustment to get comfortable. It’s also a great size for travel and can fit easily in most bags. I haven’t had to take any buckwheat out. After a few days, it formed enough to my neck that there wasn’t a need to. All I typically need to do is shake the pillow a little bit to read distribute the buckwheat when I feel it needs it. The buckwheat filling itself is very firm, but breathable. I never wake up, feeling like my neck and head is sweaty. It does have a slight sound when you move. Kinda Like those rain sound tubes. I actually find the sound comforting/ relaxing now. I think the design on the pillow cover is very cute. I would definitely buy another one as it completely changed my sleeping habits and has helped a lot with my neck pain.

I absolutely love the scent of this pillow. I was surprised at first to notice how refreshing this cypress scent was as I removed it from the sealed plastic. First impression: the pillow itself seemed smaller than I expected, but I do think it’s the dimensions that are noted by the seller. Either way, it’s big enough to put your head on it and use it as a neck-supporting pillow, and I slept on it last night. It feels slightly cool to the touch which is actually nice because you feel more refreshed and relaxed due to the combination of buckwheat hulls and hinoki cypress flakes. The scent of the pillow is similar to walking into the forest and encountering Christmas trees that have that refreshing “clean air”, pine or fir tree, scent. Cypress trees belong to that same category in my opinion. The Hinoki cypress phytoncides is known to be insecticidal, anti microbial, and antifungal. Therefore, they may also keep pests away from where you sleep. And it’s a perfect combination with the buck wheat hulls. As off-putting as hinoki cypress may be for insects, the better it is for us humans, as it is apparently beneficial to our health. The effects can have a positive effect on our stress levels, reduce anxiety and improve our immune system. I suggest looking up “forest bathing” to read more on that subject. Either way, the materials used and the scent are all worth the price. I can see that this is going to be one of my favorite pillows, as it already helped me with my neck and shoulder pain issues that I’ve been having the past few days. One night sleeping on this and my sore neck and shoulders are already feeling much better. The pillow cover is also pleasant and a good sturdy quality, and I like how the cover is effectively doubled up. Even the inside pillow that contains the buckwheat hulls and cypress is well-made. I like that the main zippers are hidden so they don’t scratch your face or skin. Highly recommend.

I love my pillow, the quality, the size, and the decorative detail! The color is perfect for me; I love black it is my favorite color! It nicely supports my neck when I sleep! It is the only pillow I now use. I sleep so much better! Ironically, I viewed a video where JK mentioned the benefits, so I took a chance, which I normally don't do! I really needed a pillow that supported my neck. I am happy I did! Thanks Jungkook!

LOOK AT SIZE BEFORE BUYING. TOO SMALL

Good for relieving my usual shoulder and spinal discomfort.

I tried this for an entire month and my neck is more sore than when I started. Also I was supposed to be able to return it by tomorrow. When I tried to change the location in which to return it it suddenly no longer gave me a window to return. So that was very very uncool to take that away from me and suddenly declare that the return should have been by June the 25th when I had until June 30th.

The material is soft and very pretty. I like the soft fabric corduroy feel and the beautiful embroidery. Very good quality, well made. A stainless steel zipper would have been a better choice for longevity. Plastic has a tendency to easily break. I like that it has flap of fabric to cover the zipper. I think the size is good for most people and the support is good.

I love this pillow. I feel my neck is so comfortable when I wake up in the morning. and smells good, but If you want regular size of pillow this is not for you, this one is relatively smaller than others You must check the size before you order.
