It is a good cycle and in this price range, it is a pretty good one. Smooth riding, comfortable seats, average braking and looks really good. I would definitely suggest this products to friends for sure. At the same time I won't suggest the brand installation service because it is a headache. Even though it will state that they will get the installation done within 36-72 hrs, at least few of us who requested the service, got it on the 9th day after delivery. Again, they will say that the payment need to be given to the servicing guy around ₹599, but my experience is different. I got my service request cancelled the first time on the 5th day and then another request was made from the customer service team and they ask for the money upfront. You will not any other status of the installation service untill they call on the day their service guy is available. I waited the whole evening and the installation guy, who was actually a technically sound guy, called up and said he will come on the other day, as there were other service calls. But I insisted and he came around. He said he won't be getting a bus at that time of night and he said he will come to a near by main metro station. Even though there was another station near to my place. The reason he didn't come to that station was that he will have to pay ₹10 extra. I had to pick him from that main metro station get the work done and drop him again at the main metro station. So, if you have a good bycle service point nearby please get it installed from there. I'm sure it will cost the same or less but you can save a lot of your time. Again the installation guy was really good but sorry what the brand provides them seems to be peanuts. And we are the ones who has to loose everything. The money, time, etc. So, basically the cycle is good and get the installation done by yourself?

Cycle and smooth drive it's good and mainly water bottle and holder set missing and Cycle bell missing other wise okay. And seat is small for myself. Colour excellent and good quality to drive smooth not to fast drive.noise coming once put break

I purchased cycle 2 months back and it is under warranty. I had an issue with the cycle and I tried calling customer care almost 10 days continuously but no one answered the call..after that finally a person answered and said that the repair person will contact me within 24 hours..I have shared photos and videos to the person but after that no response..it's been 7 days till no response even after multiple follow ups..I had to get the issue corrected at a local shop.. Build quality also very bad..paint issues also there.. I suggest people to look for a better build quality with good customer care brands

After 3 months of usage, I give my points. 1. We can assemble it ourself with basic tool knowledge. ( If it done by yours then professional mechanic Inspection is mandatory for your safety) 2. Smooth ride in rough & harsh roads due to its good suspension. 3. Build quality strong and good. 4. In crowd, my MTB attracts other with its fabulous color very impressive. 5. Tyre design is excellent with good grib on wet roads. 6. Safety warn lights provided. 7. Worth for money. 8. With Cultsport free Dietary & Nutritional plan it makes ourself fit. Professionals interact personally with voice call then for our BMI they prepared personalized dietary chart for our routine lifestyle. Food always ultimate😋 (Thanks for free air pump and tool kit) Without mudguard you haven't drive in rain and wet lands otherwise you are supposed to wash yourself. (If mudguards and bell provided it will be Majestic & Mighty MTB)

Murcard is missing for the cycle some time missing murcard is not issue ok but cycle is good 😊
