Works great for keeping the sun off of you. Nice and cool for a hat I love the way it fits. The only gripe is minor it is waterproof and doesn't allow you to wet it and cool yourself while paddling on a hot day.

It's a good hat , it's comfortable and effective at protecting my head during yard work on sunny days , looks pretty good too.

I can't believe the price on these. It is so good for the hat that you get. It is very well-made yet foldable for travel as well if you want to take it on a hike I compare this with some other sun hats, and it has a wider brim and w wider circumference than others I am a girl, but I happen to have a really big head. So many hands I've purchased on Amazon are literally kid sized. This is truly a fantastic roomie, adult size hat. You can wear it in the garden or on a hike

perfect for keeping the sun off my face and neck while out on the water, beach, creek, etc. my head size is on the larger end and this hat still feels great, doesnt feel constricting like other hats. very light and the color doesnt soak up the sun heating up my head. I also really really like the flap in the back to keep the sun off my neck and that it shoves right into a pocket sleeve on the brim when not needed.
