-this has a big bump in middle section, so doesnt fit in uk 4 size shoe. - can be good in some flat sole less shoes where you want to add some coushioning. But never good for replacing your old sneaker sole. - also its ok for bigger sizes, but for small size-where cutting needee, it is not good. Cutting is not clean at all.

If you are looking for comfort and softness, this is the one for you. My feet are smaller than size 6,hence I have to get my footwear made from local cobblers. They don't spend on quality insoles. I gave them these, and my shoes feel like premium brand products! At 1/3 price.

The product is really nice. I got for my formal shoes and never have I been so comfortable wearing them. The heel is rightly padded and the foam is super soft and wonderful. It gives the 'skechers' kind of bounce in each step.

Not ata ll good , insole height they have incresed because of this my leg was not fitting properly. Looks like they have done extra cousioning which is not required at all. I got leg pain and ankle pain . Now I again brought platter one and healing my feet .
