do these work on the espressotoria machine?

Our pods are compatible with the Original Series and Pixie machines from Nespresso.

Since ristretto is supposed to use less water, can i press the espresso button on my essenza mini, or do i need to reprogram it so it uses less water?

This is more of a Nespresso Machine question. I would test to see the amount of water put out by your machine by pressing the espresso button with out a capsule I normally put a small measuring shot glass so I know what the output is currently brewing. You can the. Adjust from there. However, I have run this at 1 oz and 1.5 oz and it stills make a great latte and cappuccino for my tast. Love this coffee (and the price and the fact that it’s aluminum)

The first order of Papua was absolutely great. The second order is very very bitter and certainly un-fruity. Has anyone experienced inconsistency?

Haven't tried Papua. My favorite is Profundo and I think it's as good as Nespresso, Peet's and Starbucks.

Do these work with ninja duel brew coffee makers?

I believe the only pods that can be used in the Ninja Duel Brew are the Kcup (Kuerig) pods. These pods are like miniature Kcup pods and they only work in Nespresso compatible machines (original line only). It's a different kind of brewing system, which uses pressure, and therefore the pods are very different from Kcup pods.
