Momcozy Electric Nasal Aspirator for Baby, 3 Levels, Light and Music

I bought the Momcozy Baby Nasal Aspirator because I wanted an easier and more effective way to clear my baby's stuffy nose during colds and allergy season. I was hoping for something gentle, easy to use, and much more effective than a traditional bulb syringe. It has definitely lived up to my expectations. The nasal aspirator is very simple to use and comes with multiple soft silicone tips that are gentle on my baby's nose. I really like that it has three suction levels, so I can start with the lowest setting and increase it if needed. Even on the stronger settings, it still feels gentle while doing a great job of removing mucus. My baby is much more comfortable afterward and is able to breathe and feed more easily. One of my favorite features is how quiet it is. I was worried the motor might scare my baby, but it's surprisingly quiet and doesn't make the process any more stressful. The controls are straightforward, and the rechargeable battery lasts a long time between charges, which is really convenient. Cleaning it is also much easier than I expected. The removable parts rinse off quickly, and since the mucus collects in a separate chamber, it's easy to keep everything sanitary after each use. The only small downside is that, like most babies, mine still doesn't love having their nose cleaned, so it sometimes takes two people to make the process a little easier. That's definitely not a fault of the product itself. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase. It's well-made, easy to clean, and much more effective than a manual bulb syringe. It has become one of those baby items I'm so glad I had on hand, and I would definitely recommend it to any parent with a little one.

This has been amazing for us. The suction works really well, but my baby doesn’t complain when I use it, which makes the whole process so much easier. As a mom, it’s stressful when your baby is sick and congested and you just want to make sure they can breathe comfortably. This gives me so much peace of mind when she has a stuffy nose. It’s also very easy to use, take apart, and clean after each use. Definitely one of those baby products I’m really glad to have at home. I’ve tried several Momcozy products and Momcozy never disappoints! This is another product from the brand that I’m really happy with and definitely recommend to other parents.

Honestly, I think this nasal aspirator is amazing. With babies, you want everything close at hand—especially when they’re a bit congested—and I’ve found this one really practical and easy to use. It’s one of those little things you buy thinking you might not use it much, but then end up really glad to have at home.

I used this so much for my newborn. It worked so well, especially with saline drops. She was always congested and it removed so much out and helped her breath easier. My friend purchased the same and said the suction wasn’t strong enough but I found it very effective so I caution they may be inconsistently effective but my experience was very good.

I don't normally write reviews, I just normally do it for a 5 star or 1 star review. This one is a 5 star review. We bought the product in may 2026, and used a couple times until September- when it was not working (turning on but not suctioning). It was just not running. But what truly matters is the customer support and assistance provided since day 1. A lot of huge brands don’t have the level of accountability that Momcozy delivered when solving my issue. These guys were kind, fast, and precise. They changed my product right away and made sure I was having a good experience. This is what truly matters when it comes to the rainy days. So Im very pleased to give them the 5 star review because they exceeded my expectations when I encountered an issue with my product.

I really wanted to give this a five-star review, but I’m giving three stars because it stopped working after using it only 2–3 times. I first used it back in November when my 6-month-old was sick, and it worked then. Now she’s sick again, and when I needed it most, it wouldn’t work at all. I followed all the instructions carefully — I charged it fully and cleaned it properly — but it still did not work. I had very high expectations from the Momcozy brand, which is why this experience has been really disappointing. I’m honestly very sad about this device.

I give this product a 5 stars for functionality and features but 1 star on longevity - we have had to replace it twice already in the last year and a half. The anti backflow piece will start leaking a little and then the suction will stop working. We’ve tried to trouble shoot all kinds of ways to no avail. Reading the other reviews suggests this is a common issue.

Aproveché una súper oferta para comprarlo para mi futura bebé y no me arrepiento para nada, es una de las mejores compras que he hecho. El diseño eléctrico y portátil es súper práctico. Me gustó mucho que los niveles de succión vienen perfectos para un recién nacido o un niño más grande. Que tenga música y luces ayuda muchísimo a mantener al bebé tranquilo durante el proceso. Los materiales se notan higiénicos y de excelente calidad. ¡Vale totalmente la pena!

Súper, venía completamente cerrado, trae su propio estuche para que ahí guardes el aparato, aún no lo pruebo porque aún no nace mi bebé pero creo será muy funcional.

Estoy tan feliz porque lo compré en promoción y ahorita, miro el precio y digo omaiga, pero para ser honesta con o sin promoción vale totalmente la pena , mi bb cero se incomodó

Me parece que la bocina está un poco reventada, ya que la música suena muy extraña, fuera de eso el funcionamiento es muy bueno y es muy gentil con el bebé, es posible la manipulación sin lastimarlo y además las luces que tiene si sirven mucho para distraerlo, si lo vas a usar, te recomiendo que inicies con una exposición breve y lo vayas incrementando poco a poco hasta que bebesito, se acostumbre, tiene ajuste de potencia, a lo cual es sumamente útil
