Can a male use these? It talks about children and women. Are these too small for an adult male?

There are 4 different sizes ear piece with the earphones to fit for different ear sizes. So it also works well for an adult male.

I purchased this item and have had trouble with the caller on the other end complaining of an echo. Doesn't happen all the time. Any suggestions?

I also purchased and currently enjoy using my Joysico headphones but have not had this problem. May I suggest that you ask Joysico directly? I communicated with them directly and found them to be extremely helpful and responsive. Can I wear these with glasses?

The ear hook wire is thin, light weight and flexible. So there will be enough room between the ear and glasses. In fact, you can hardly notice them over your ears. A small advice is that it will be easier to put on these earhook headphones if you remove your glasses first. After putting on, they will be comfortble, even with glasses.

No instructions? I can't get the volume controls to work on my ipod mini?

There should be an email attaching the instructions from the seller. Please check you email. The volume control function may not work with some ipod version. It might be something about the audio system compatibility. They can work with my ipod touch.
