Fabulous! A bit time consuming, but totally worth it!

Best chai ever. Flavorful, not sweet.

I'm a bit of an addict. The taste is way better than any powder or liquid mix you can buy, and since it's only tea and spices, you can adjust the sweetness and other flavors yourself. The method they provide is a bit too much effort for me in the morning though. Here's what I do instead. Put 1 cup of cold water in the small bot. Throw in a tablespoon (I actually do 1 teaspoon of caffeinated and 2 of decaf) and 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger powder. Heat that on medium heat for 8 minutes. Poor that mixture through a tea strainer into a cup of milk. Toss that in the microwave for 1:10 on high. Now add your sugar. I use about 1.5 tablespoons of sugar. Mix and enjoy.

It was ok but not as flavoursome as I expected

Absolutely delicious. I won't be going back to pre-made concentrates. Fresh ginger and honey to sweeten with my favorite dairy free milk, makes a better cup than any coffee shop.
