Nice non-methylated vitamin option for kiddos and adults that can’t tolerate methylated vitamins
We are on our second bottle. It’s pretty pricey, but so worth it for the quality of the ingredients and the amounts. Love that it has iron in it and good forms of b12, Vitamin D, and Folate. Our kids can’t tolerate methylated vitamins and neither can I and they have not experienced any side effects or jittery feelings with these. Taste is similar to flintstone vitamins. I do wish that you didn’t have to take two wafers (they are about the size of a dime each). The bottle is big, but the wafers take up only about a quarter of the bottle. These go fast, especially if you have more than one kiddo. But, since there aren’t many other kids vitamins that are methylated free, it’s nice that these are available.

yummy and fulfills vitamin requirements
Meets my children's needs for vitamins. They like the taste and that it is chewable. No one complains about taking them.

Good content but toooo sweet.
The type and amount of vitamins are just what I’m looking for, but the taste was toooo sweet, even for me. My kids hated it and refuse to try it again. Would like a refund.

Made my child vomit and sick
It makes my 11-year-old sick to her stomach, and she even threw up after taking it! She says it tastes disgusting, but for it to make her vomit, it makes me wonder what they put in it. I love Seeking Health supplements and use a few for myself with great results, so I am beyond disappointed that this made my child so sick!

This is a great product I love seeking health and how high-quality their supplements are my toddler absolutely loves the taste and he’s pretty picky about flavors. I’ve noticed a big difference in his behavior and overall demeanor, since having these supplements.

My kids gagged..
LOVE seeking health so was excited to try these for my kids. They wouldn’t take! Tablets are huge. My 5 year old took it and 5 minutes later said her throat was hurting and then she vomited it up! Disappointed. Will stick with Mary Ruth’s.
