I have been in touch with 'Gohepi' and I believe we have come to a suitable arrangement, which should mean if you need their customer service, they are there ... thanksGrrrrrr! OK I suppose its my fault, I should have checked, but when you see what appears to be presented as a set of cartridges, it is not unreasonable to assume all the colours are included... but no greySo do read the small print. Can I suggest if the manufacturer pointed out it does not contain grey.. it would make me see this is a decent company who are not being economical with the truth ... sorry but when you buy a 'pack' of ink cartridges, you don't expect one colour to be missing and to know to search for that fact! ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars When they are working they are fine, but I cannot take that risk on an ... *by N***Z on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 July 2017* Be careful some cartridges are incorrectly specified for their respective color, ie. fitting a yellow you can get a error message stating that you have fitted the incorrect color, or a duplicate color. So far we have had this issue in most color's on a random basis. Luckily I bought multiple packs, so I eventual found one of that color that worked.
