I bought this to repair an antique chandelier I bought at an estate sale. I measured the wire I had and this one said it was the same size. When I received it, it was bigger and wouldn't fit thru the holes they needed to go thru. And it wasn't very flexible so it wouldn't have been able to be weaved thru the chain.

High quality, thick, professional looking lamp cord. When cutting you will need to do something to the cut area to prevent fraying in the long-term. I used some electrical tape that seemed to work just fine. Plenty of cord left over after my project for the next one. The color is not too yellow, not too taupe, it's a nice brown.
