Does as described, has some detectable noise, only what you would expect but not silent .. All fans working to the 5 speeds 360° nice little accessory for a warm day or journey.. Arrived on time and well packed, reasonably priced, not high end but well made and neat .. Pleased with and have ordered three more for other family members ..

I would recommend this neck fan. It has 5 settings and is excellent for people that need both hands free. The only criticism is as I'm a little hard of hearing it was a bit loud on highest setting. I would still buy it though, works great at keeping you cool.

Great little fan, this was used in a hospital and really helped with the heat. Other than being a bit louder than expected, really did a good job 👍

Ordered 03 of these, one each for myself, my Fiancé and my Dad, a great gadget, in this hot weather, easy to use & charge up, although one of the usb’s was squashed at one end of the cable, so unable to use it. Speed settings are good, lasts well on a charge. Would recommend buying this.

Even at the lowest setting, this fan is very loud. All of the images portray output airflow through the grills along the neckpiece as well as the heads which cool the jawbone / collarbone area, so I bought this to cool the back of my neck, where hot flashes hit hardest. However, those grills are intakes, the only outflow is at the heads. I've tried wearing it backwards, with the opening behind my head, but the fan keeps dropping off that way. The 360° bendable angle? No, there's too much resistance, and it feels like it will snap at any angle beyond 15°. On the positive side, I've only used 30% of the first charge, even though we've just had a heatwave, and unlike most fans, my hair doesn't get sucked into the inflow, even at the highest setting. The power is there, just poorly directed.

This fan is so handy especially for women who are going through their menopause, or for the hot weather, i wear mine everywhere I go , on the bus, in hospital, walks its so good it charges and lasts around 12 hours has different settings and air comes out cools your face and neck

Perfect just what I need in this warm weather, arrived same day and I would buy this again. It’s got 5 speeds, light and comfortable to wear on my neck.

TLDR: Loud even on lowest setting, only cools jaw/ears, worse than advertised battery life. Don't buy unless need cheap short-term emergency fan.. 1. Lack of airflow: Despite being listed as having 64 vents and 360 air flow, the blades/design meant air only flowed from the line of 16 vents on either side. The placement of these vents were pretty much aligned with my jaw, so I only had air cooling down my jaw and ears. This meant no air flow at the back of the neck, or to the chest, despite having vents there designed for air to flow from. 2. Mediocre battery: The listing says the battery lasts 6-10 hours depending on the setting, however, I used it on a low setting (it was too noisy for a higher setting) and it lasted less than roughly 4 hours despite being charged to 100% right beforehand. It also does take a while to charge, around 3 hours, despite it being a fairly small product that shouldn't take that long compared to similar items.. 3. Loud noisy fan: The description says the fan noise is below 31dB, but I think this is inaccurate. I don't have a proper decibel meter, but measuring it with an app in a quiet room, the increase in dB measured when I put it on the lowest setting is around 32dB, with the highest setting being an increase of around 45dB. I felt a bit awkward having the fan on whilst I was on the train as it was a bit noisy, I only had it on a 1 or 2 as I didn't want to bother the passengers around me, which was annoying because I bought this product specifically to use during train journeys and walks during this heatwave... Also, because of the placement of the vents and inability to adjust it at all, the air does flow past your ears making it a touch noisier for the user. 4. Other: A few small things I wanted to include were that the description says you can adjust the angle, and that it's 360 degree bendable, with a picture of it being bent, however, this is very much false and it cannot be adjusted at all. You can flex it open slightly when putting it on, but it returns to its position once let go. It's a very rigid product and I think attempting to flex it even more than a slight, gentle one when putting it on would probably damage it. The description also states it has a detachable grill so you can clean it or add an aromatherapy tablet (which they said is included in the package, which it isn't), and that you can drop essential oils inside. This is false, it has no detachable parts, and looking inside through the vents I see no place designed for said tablet to be put, and I really wouldn't put essential oils in there as you'd probably damage the electrical components inside. Lastly I'll just say it's clearly a cheaply made product not designed to last, which is why it's being sold on Amazon for cheap. The display screen wiggles around a bit and isn't fit in there properly, it has some scratchy seams where the plastic was molded, and generally just feels like it won't last long without breaking in some way or another. I'm in the process of getting a refund as I don't think it's worth the money, I wouldn't advise you buy this unless you're okay with a cheap quality, will probably break soon, emergency purchase.. Though I'm sure there's some cheap ones out there which are better quality, as I have a USB rechargable mini desk fan I bought for around £15 from EasyAcc which is powerful, lasts hours, and is fairly quiet. I included a video comparing it against my mini desk fan, as that was also fairly cheap off Amazon and I've had it for years, just to show that you can still get cheap stuff that is good quality. (Not an ad or anything, I just think this neck fan sucks, and that there's probably a better quality one out there which is still cheap and affordable, so look elsewhere!)
