Does as described, has some detectable noise, only what you would expect but not silent .. All fans working to the 5 speeds 360° nice little accessory for a warm day or journey.. Arrived on time and well packed, reasonably priced, not high end but well made and neat .. Pleased with and have ordered three more for other family members ..

Ordered 03 of these, one each for myself, my Fiancé and my Dad, a great gadget, in this hot weather, easy to use & charge up, although one of the usb’s was squashed at one end of the cable, so unable to use it. Speed settings are good, lasts well on a charge. Would recommend buying this.

Yes this is a cheaper product but they have sold more and has overall positive feedback. Yes it's loud, yes it cheaply made but it's a cheap product. It work ok, when you change the speed it get louder but the overall speed or amount of air it moves doesn't increase that much so the time I've used it today approximately 3 hrs I've left it on speed 2 as this seems to give the best performance against the noise level. It does really only blow air around your ears and not up your neck and around it mainly in the ear area. The charge last well from 100% on speed 2 I used it for approx 3 hrs and still had 64% left. Overall cheap but work ok you get what you pay for. If you want something amazing it will cost over £100. Honest and fair review in my opinion.

TLDR: Loud even on lowest setting, only cools jaw/ears, worse than advertised battery life. Don't buy unless need cheap short-term emergency fan.. 1. Lack of airflow: Despite being listed as having 64 vents and 360 air flow, the blades/design meant air only flowed from the line of 16 vents on either side. The placement of these vents were pretty much aligned with my jaw, so I only had air cooling down my jaw and ears. This meant no air flow at the back of the neck, or to the chest, despite having vents there designed for air to flow from. 2. Mediocre battery: The listing says the battery lasts 6-10 hours depending on the setting, however, I used it on a low setting (it was too noisy for a higher setting) and it lasted less than roughly 4 hours despite being charged to 100% right beforehand. It also does take a while to charge, around 3 hours, despite it being a fairly small product that shouldn't take that long compared to similar items.. 3. Loud noisy fan: The description says the fan noise is below 31dB, but I think this is inaccurate. I don't have a proper decibel meter, but measuring it with an app in a quiet room, the increase in dB measured when I put it on the lowest setting is around 32dB, with the highest setting being an increase of around 45dB. I felt a bit awkward having the fan on whilst I was on the train as it was a bit noisy, I only had it on a 1 or 2 as I didn't want to bother the passengers around me, which was annoying because I bought this product specifically to use during train journeys and walks during this heatwave... Also, because of the placement of the vents and inability to adjust it at all, the air does flow past your ears making it a touch noisier for the user. 4. Other: A few small things I wanted to include were that the description says you can adjust the angle, and that it's 360 degree bendable, with a picture of it being bent, however, this is very much false and it cannot be adjusted at all. You can flex it open slightly when putting it on, but it returns to its position once let go. It's a very rigid product and I think attempting to flex it even more than a slight, gentle one when putting it on would probably damage it. The description also states it has a detachable grill so you can clean it or add an aromatherapy tablet (which they said is included in the package, which it isn't), and that you can drop essential oils inside. This is false, it has no detachable parts, and looking inside through the vents I see no place designed for said tablet to be put, and I really wouldn't put essential oils in there as you'd probably damage the electrical components inside. Lastly I'll just say it's clearly a cheaply made product not designed to last, which is why it's being sold on Amazon for cheap. The display screen wiggles around a bit and isn't fit in there properly, it has some scratchy seams where the plastic was molded, and generally just feels like it won't last long without breaking in some way or another. I'm in the process of getting a refund as I don't think it's worth the money, I wouldn't advise you buy this unless you're okay with a cheap quality, will probably break soon, emergency purchase.. Though I'm sure there's some cheap ones out there which are better quality, as I have a USB rechargable mini desk fan I bought for around £15 from EasyAcc which is powerful, lasts hours, and is fairly quiet. I included a video comparing it against my mini desk fan, as that was also fairly cheap off Amazon and I've had it for years, just to show that you can still get cheap stuff that is good quality. (Not an ad or anything, I just think this neck fan sucks, and that there's probably a better quality one out there which is still cheap and affordable, so look elsewhere!)

Bit disappointed that mine was supposed to be next day delivery but as I’d ordered another one they both came together a day later. Other than that, it is a fab little fan. Not a/c by any means but it means you can move about the house and still keep cooler without having to set up camp in front of a shared fan. Just hope it lasts as long as this heatwave.

Being portable means the fan can be used in many situations, it is extremely easy to use, and is of good quality, the only downside being that no charging plug is part of the package.

Jsdoin portabke neck fan usb. Works ok wind blows up your cheeks on face and is quite loud, like a hairdryer noise and not ideal especially at work. It weighs 209g. 5 settings but in reality on setting 1 lowest lasted only 4 hours before needed charging. Returned 2nd one unused which was intended for family but after using my one didnt like it. Ive kept 1 in desperation as its so hot in work.

Great value for money ! this is a godsend for this UK heat ! i recommend everyone buy one Noise- don’t no what the bad reviews are about as it’s not ear defening. yes it has noise but does it make your ears ring No ! like like your average van would have when you hear it on Charge - used it and lasted 2 hours so far with still 60% left battery Speed - 5 settings 5 is perfect to cool your face down. i had it at 2/3 and it was still effective. Weight - very light not heavy on your neck Cooling - cools you down in this heat comes with Usb charger Fan - it fans from all the sides down but not at the circular bit at back of neck Flexible at the back
