I’d like to be selfish and tell you Don’t buy this so there is more for me — but I am a firm proponent of yerba mate 🧉 tea and it’s known antioxidant properties and health benefits — and it is completely drinkable like coffee but doesn’t tear up your gut biome or give you coffee jitters. This company sources excellent yerba mate. I have this on auto-ship and am so thankful I could order this on Amazon. It sincerely keeps me looking and feeling younger than my age due to the high antioxidant properties and gut cleansing features of tea. It’s a Blue Zone longevity secret 🤫

mild sweet taste with stevia and a little mental energy pick-me-up

This tea is good but a little too sweet for me. I’ll still drink it but will probably try a different kind when I reorder.

I drink a lot of teas and i believe in their healing and sustaining factors. I read years ago in my first Dr A Wheil (?) book about the benefits of teas and health. My mom used to make me take her to a health food store to order a type of tea called “yerba mate” and this was when i was young and dumb and thought tea was tea. But she claimed it gave her energy and made her feel good. It had to be “Yerba Mate Wisdom of the Ancients”. So this past summer i was involved in a loooong maintenance shut down at work. We would work 12 hour shifts every nite without a day off for over 70 nites! Yes...no nites off. I would get up at 2pm. Brew a tea. Leave house at 430pm and return home at 630am the next day. I would drink a large tumbler of Yerba tea going to work and would have other teas that nite. Those teas kept me going. Kept me sharp and focused! Gave me energy. I combined them with some other teas here that are Green Tea and another Yerba Yea. Great stuff!

I wish I would have listened to the other reviews mentioning that Stevia is overpowering in this tea. I assumed the reviewers were maybe exaggerating a bit, but I was wrong. The stevia is the only thing I can taste whatsoever. So over the top sweet, but fake sweet. I would have given this a one-star review, but it's partially my fault for buying this even though I saw stevia mentioned. I put a TON of lemon juice in mine, which helps a bit, but you can NOT fully get rid of that stevia taste. It tastes very much like artificial sugar, and that aftertaste is terrible. I will not buy this kind again, or any tea that has stevia, ever.

I had never tried this drink before and I was very pleasantly surprised. The flavor is delicious.

This tea was very beneficial to my health. It came in a timely manner. I really enjoy ordering from Amazon.

I ordered this because the last brand of yerba mate was discontinued, sadly, but this particular variety contains stevia. I didn't realize it until I drank it and it had a coyling sweet aftertaste. After examining the box I saw it contained stevia. If I want me tea sweet I prefer to sweeten it myself.
