Something is going wrong with the product i brought this product for the second time First time the liquid was like Glycerine I mean it was thick and viscous but Today when I received the product it was very dilute and the nature is completely toggled so which is the original one . Do any manipulation or malpractice happening in between the packing or delivering the product I heard like it is viscous and first one was viscous not like runny water. Im going to take it to the lab to test this

Super Produkt - jedoch Verpackungsfail
Das Serum an sich ist hervorragend. Zieht schnell ein, spendet Feuchtigkeit, riecht sehr angenehm. Für Allergiker sehr gut geeignet. Jedoch ist das Handling über Amazon nun mehrmals leider wirklich schlecht gewesen. Die kleine Verpackung wurde nun insgesamt 3x in einen Umschlag gequetscht. Die Pipette war jedes Mal zerbrochen oder sogar die Flasche selbst. Da könnte das Handling deutlich besser werden. Musste es dann vor Ort kaufen, da ich es dringend für den Urlaub benötigte. Kundenservice war jedoch super bei der Reklamation.

Un maravilla!
Ya he comprado dos, tengo en casa varios de gama alta y compré este para ahorrar los otros. Es una pasada de bueno. tengo la piel seca y este serum me hidrata y hace efecto tensor , me lo pongo en cara y cuello y cuando se absorve me pongo mi crema. Ahora compraré el de ojos y usaré de noche , inclusive si no tienes ganas de crema va muy bien, me compré formato grande por lo uso mañana y noche.
