تدمرت سماعتي الايربودز و المنتج لا يركب في السماعة وعند تركيبه علق المنتج وكان الحل الوحيد قطع المنتج بالسكين وساطالب الشركة بتعويض عن سماعتي لانها دمرت بسبب المنتج السيء
