So I have lost 3 pounds in a week and a half. My mood though omg! Before adding this to my routine I was going through a little of a depressive state. I had no energy, felt very alone, no motivation. It has helps me get focused and I’m not hungry all day. I take one in the morning and one early afternoon. I started challenging myself to eat better and get back on track to be the better me in walking more , ect. I used this in the past and it helps me get back on track when I fall off track. I’m human and go back to my old ways sometimes. So glad I found this product to help me get started on getting back to where I want to be. 🙂

Gives me energy without jitters, tastes great and helps curb need for sweets, this is some good stuff! Pair with a light meal or sip on it through the day to stay energized. Now that the weather is getting warmer, I decided to make my own little Popsicles with these after a good workout/walk. Definitely worth the money, please don't ever discontinue this!!!!

Tastes good and helps me to drink more water but I'm doubting it's helping any with weight loss.....but as they said, maintain a good diet and get moderate exercise, but wouldn't doing that in itself help to shed weight? I guess I'm too lazy to exercise.

I’ve ordered this product a few times and about to order again. For me the product helps to my snacking and gives plenty energy. Only downside is it makes my eyesight blurry and does the same for my mom.
