I’ve been using these capsules for several weeks now, and I’ve truly noticed a difference. I have been taking my pills for about 3 weeks straight at this point. When I first started, I did experience cramping. I believe my body was adjusting. This last for about 2-3 days. Since then, there has been no cramping. My energy level seems to have increased. I have noticed slight changes in my stomach and it does not look as bloated as it normally does, especially while on my cycle. I havent measured but in looking at pictures my waist has a shrunk maybe an inch or half an inch. I am consistently in the gym at least 3 days a week. I would recommend the pills but with the understanding they will not make your stomach flat but it ceratinly helps in fat burning and my energy. My energy level has been a significant difference.
