Das Buck liegt hervorragend in der Hand, ist massiv und sehr gut ausbalanciert (besser als die Klappmesser-Variante: Buck Filiermesser Silver Creek, 420J2 Stahl mit, T). Die Klinge ist sehr scharf, jedoch nicht so flexibel wie ich es von meinem WMF-Küchenmesser zum Filetieren kenne. Noch ein wertfreier Hinweis: Diese Serie lässt Buck in China fertigen.
