Taken these for a couple months now, I’ve noticed they’ve helped with appetite and food noise. I’ve also had a period for the first time in over a year! I’m sure it’s not 100% down to these supplements, but they’ve definitely helped. I do recommend!

Quite expensive for what they are, tablet size is very big, but I find if you chew them then it was easy to digest. Not sure I’ve seen a difference yet - but need to take these for longer.

Ogni pillola masticabile (gusto gradevole) è da un grammo. C'è anche nella composizione un po' di cromo che aiuta sempre il mio e il dechiro inositolo.Se si chiude un occhio e non facciamo i perfettini che guardano la composizione della compressa, direi che è ottimo integratore in proporzione anche al prezzo!
